The only minor issue I experienced was that the carpet took a bit longer than the estimated 2 hours to dry. It ended up being about 24 hours before it was completely dry. The carpet is now remarkably clean, and it even looks better than when we first moved into our home in Mountain View. Every cent invested was completely worth it. This was EXPENSIVE! $550 for 4 rooms deep clean because I was assured the steam clean would only “disinfect” - it’s the same exact tool for the basic, medium and deep clean they just use shampoos on the latter two. I would have preferred going for the $149 basic tier or getting a rental tool myself and a bottle of cleaner to save $200-300 bucks. They explicitly would not give pricing over the phone no matter how many times I asked which is rather scammy. Carpets are cleaner, and service was fast, but that price is hard to swallow for an hour of work +shampoo. Their tool wasn’t even hooked up to a truck unit so it’s not the best option on the market. Try the basic level

Caleb, the proprietor, contacted the real estate agent to schedule an estimate visit to the property. When the agent fell ill, Caleb took it upon himself to drive to the property to see if he could gain access for the estimate. Luckily, the homeowner knew we were trying to secure this appointment and allowed Caleb in. Once we received the quote, and in a very short period of time, Caleb ensured his crew was available to clean the entire house while we were taking care of the closing. He even arranged for an extra van to cut down on the cleaning duration. Caleb and Wesley were nothing short of exceptional, and the carpets appeared brand new. Even the somewhat worn carpet in the basement was given a fresh look. If it was possible, I'd give them a perfect score of 10 stars!
