They always arrive right on time and the prices are very fair. Their truck-mounted cleaning system makes a huge difference—the results are fantastic! They don’t just use a small spray bottle for treatments either, everything feels professional and thorough. The response time when booking is always quick, and I really appreciate that Caleb, the same technician, comes out every time. It shows consistency and that he takes pride in his work. We really thought those rugs were too far gone, but they worked their magic! They were quick, efficient, friendly, respectful, and took great care in every step. They even shared some helpful carpet care tips with us as they worked. The results were fantastic—our carpets and rugs look and smell so fresh now! The price I was quoted over the phone was exactly what I paid, with no surprises. Wesley and Caleb even managed to get out all the pet hair and body oil left behind by our three Golden Retrievers. Jason was super friendly and setting up the appointments were a breeze. They cleaned every room beyond my expectations and did it super fast without missing any areas. The carpet looks better then new and I will definitely be calling him back whenever I need my carpets cleaned again.

Unprofessional, not on time, no communication.
Ordered carpet cleaning with this company. They gave 2 hour window for a technician to arrive, but no one did. Waited some more and called them myself. They said the technician was in a car, on the way and will call 10 m before arrival. Could not give an ETA. An HOUR later - no technician. Called again, they hanged up. Called again - they could not reach the technician at all. Cancelled their service. Very unprofessional, not on time, zero customer communication. A huge disappointment and wasted so much time.

Just had carpet cleaned with them - great experience! From the person answering the call to the technician, everyone was very nice, accommodating and professional. They were able to squeeze me in the next day, did a great job, and gave a good price. I highly recommend them!
