If you are considering working with Joe and Jeff (my wife tells me it might be Geoff), pick up the phone, call them, and give them your business. This is the easiest review I will ever write. We used the Stephens brothers to do a major home remodel in our house in Temecula. We had purchased a new home from Cal Atlantic in 2017, and we wanted to turn it from track home to custom home before we moved in. This included knocking down walls, putting in new flooring throughout, custom cabinetry and built-ins, high-end finishings, an upstairs deck that required changes to the roofline, a bifold accordion door (La Cantina) that required the back wall to be removed and reinforced, a high-end steam shower, and who knows how many other random upgrades across literally every room in the house. This project was BIG. It required a ton of detail work. They had to sub out on some bits (we had custom welding work on the balcony they put in, for instance). We picked unique materials (reclaimed wood on the over hood, backsplash, a cantilever awning, etc). Joe and team were just on top of everything. They coordinated everything so it happened quickly. They worked alongside other folks to get things done. But the most impressive bit? The attention to detail was crazy. The quality of the work was flawless. Example: the shower guys didn't get the shower floor set right, so it created a bit of a puddle as it didn't drain. They caught it and fixed it. We didn't have to haggle over cost overruns--they just wanted to get it right. The communication was phenomenal. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. It's hard to say too much about how great the experience was. When we had small things come up with the home later, they were always there to answer questions. No pretense. No hassle. Easy business. They referred other workers to us when we needed help on an outdoor leak. They helped us price other projects. It's rare you find people who you are confident are working on your behalf. To build up that kind of trust speaks to who these two guys are. The work is amazing, no doubt. But the business is so much more than just the work. Please please please reach out to me if you are hesitating even the slightest. I cannot recommend them enough. Hands down, the best commercial experience I have ever had--and that covers anything I have ever purchased, both products and services. They really are that good.

My wife and I can't thank Joe and Jeff enough for all they have done for us and our new home. Upon remodeling the house they discovered multiple problems that were significant from the original builder, which halted the remodel immediately. Being the honest, professional guys they are they let us know about these problems which in all honesty, most other contractors would have covered up and finished the job so they could get paid and let us worry about it later. It didn't matter to them that it was going to mess with their work schedule and they wouldn't have our project to work on as planned, they knew that it had to be fixed before we could continue with the original plan / remodel. This is where they really went above and beyond. When we needed to meet with other inspectors and "professionals", they met with them, on their time, on multiple occasions, and would often question and demand an explanation from these other companies to ensure we wouldn't be taken advantage of. I have since used them to remodel my office building as well and there are no two better guys that anyone could possibly use for any type of construction that may be needed. Oh, and their quality control is second to NONE. If you are considering any other company, I suggest you think twice. Use California Property Solutions and you will definitely not regret it!
