Ivan came and installed two fans for us here in Menifee. He was able to lower the price to match a previous quote we got and do the job same day. He also went out of his way to help us with a couple other small outlet issues. The fans and lights work great and we are so pleased with his work. Highly recommend and will definitely use Mr Electric again.

Jeremy was phenomenal. We were having a power issue in our garage and he came to troubleshoot the issue and helped us resolving after looking at all possible options and figured out what the trigger was for the tripping. Based on this experience, we will be having Jeremy and Mr Electric back to do some more electrical work we've been putting off doing in our home.

I highly recommend Mr. Electric. I called to make an appointment because I was having issues with noisy smoke detectors, and was accommodated with same day service. The technician, Jeremy, arrived promptly. I received communication of arrival times prior, which were accurate. Jeremy was very kind, honest, and professional. This company did an excellent job installing electrical outlets and recessed lighting in my home. I love that Jeremy came out, saw my area and then gave recommendations. I changed the direction I was going to go and the project came out much better because of his suggestions.

This company also has great service! The owner was great on my first call to them. I felt instantly comfortable with him. I have to know they will answer the phone or they’ll come through for me when something goes wrong. They accommodated me by changing their schedule due to a last minute change. I really found their service to be personable and top notch.

As a veteran, I shopped around for a veteran owned business and Robb with Mr. Electric set up a service appointment, but walked me through some things I could do to solve my own problem to save me money if possible. He told me if I could do those things and they worked, just cancel the appointment. I took his advice and it worked - no charge. Other electricians were more interested in charging a fee for a service call then trying to filter through some alternatives. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Jorge. He was so kind and helpful, and did an excellent job for our home. He ran power to our son’s room ceiling to install a celling fan, as well as updated the ceiling light bracket in his playroom to handle a fan, which he also installed. He also extended multiple outlets for more power access in our laundry room and garage. Jorge and his team were amazing, so kind and respectful of our home, keeping equipment organized and cleaning up after themselves. They also worked around the roofers we had at our home, showing great flexibility. Jorge had a great attitude the whole job, I was not hesitant to ask questions and get clarification. Amazing job, highly recommend! Also the price was extremely reasonable for all of the work done.

Wow! Super impressed with this company! JEREMY came out and installed our home EV charging station. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with us. He took his time explaining everything to us and answered all of our crazy questions; which mattered to us because we are new to the EV life. Jeremy did a very good job on condensing my full panel and free up some space for a 60amp Tesla breaker. That way we don’t have to add a sub panel just for a space for the Tesla breaker and save me money. He has time to explain and answer all my questions and concerns. He will made you understand the best option to go to. He’s also honest on what we need on our panel. And he gave us a great plan in the future regarding upgrading the panel if we made changes in our electric consumption needs. Definitely will recommend Mr. Electric especially Jeremy Alves, he’s the kind of worker that you’ll want and need in your electrical project. Definitely 5 star. Also Jeremy installed our Tesla wall charger and hid the existing wires for the wall power outlets. Turn out perfect and professional, thank a lot for Jeremy. You’re the man. We really appreciate and will absolutely use him again in our next electrical project.

Jorge was so wonderful, we had the BEST experience with Mr Electric when all of our smoke alarms went out and were causing issues chirping and going off and keeping us up all night. They came in a timely manner, helped us to save money, and took the time to check every single one, replace the ones that needed to be replaced and make sure everything was up to code to keep our family safe. I was so so grateful to Jorge for his kindness, honesty, and hard work! We will definitely contact them again next time we need electrical work. 10/10, highly recommend!!

It was super easy to book online. I got an appointment same day and they were at my house within 2 hours. The gentleman who confirmed my appointment over the phone was awesome! George came to my house and was super kind and professional. Very knowledgeable and positively social. He was able to locate my issue and fix it quickly. Jeremy installed 10 LED recessed lights ✨️ in my kitchen and nook retrofit from compact florescent lights. Replaced light switch in my dining room and Chandelier. He fixed an outlet that had been installed by the builder of my house backward. He is very skilled and professional. A very polite and friendly person. I was very happy with the finished work. And at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work you need. Great lighting makes a world of difference. Brightened my day.
