Daniel found and resolved an issue with our main panel that was missed by both another electrician and SDGE. If left unchecked this could have resulted in massive damage to our home. He was on time, professional, and explained everything he was doing. Would absolutely hire him again (and I plan to for some additional work).

I hired Daniel to install recessed lighting in my kitchen, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, the professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. He took the time to explain the process, helped me choose the best placement for maximum lighting effect, and completed the job efficiently. The lighting completely transformed the kitchen space, and the quality of work is top-notch. Daniel is reliable, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him for any electrical needs, and I will definitely be calling again for future projects!!

Daniel did an outstanding job installing new wiring and switch for a new ceiling fan. He arrived on time and completed the job very quickly and everything looks great. He seems very knowledgeable and communicated very well on all aspects of the job.

I reached out to Daniel from Precision Electrical Services to help me solve an easy fix to my main panel. Fortunately, although it was after 17:00, his website indicated he was still open til 20:00. So I called him and he was able to drop by after completing a current job. He presented wearing all the regalia of a professional warrior electrician ready to tackle anything requiring his expertise. I had to switch off several breakers while installing a replacement digital timer switch in one of my bathrooms that serviced both light and fan. I was moving along quite confidently until I tried to restore power. As it turned out, one of the breakers is coupled to another one with a metal plate to join ‘em.
Unbeknownst to me that plate was getting tucked slightly under an adjacent divider strip which was preventing it from resetting…go figure (see photo). Daniel quickly discovered the malaligned problem and showed me how to fix it for any future needs. He accomplished this in less than five minutes! And along with a great sense of humor was happy to have provided his skilled experience to remedy my oversight of the problem. I heartily recommend Daniel for any electrical problem that can stump any DIY homeowner despite the embarrassment it might have caused👍

These guys are top notch! Reasonablely priced, on time and cleaned up afterward. I have them in my phone, you should too! But I have to admit I liked them a whole lot more when John gave estimates over the phone.

Invoicing procedure, not professional.

I am not the one to post reviews, but this one stung me a little bit. I went with DEC because of a few of my friends used them in the past. So I made the call. Amazing customer service in the office. I received a quote quickly.

I requested a quite cool fan, which could not be installed because the roof had no access point for air flow. I requested out door lights and a fan.

The three gentleman that showed up where awesome dudes! They had great personalities and amazing work ethic. The literally hit every obstacle known to man, and they overcame it with the exception of the bedroom fan. So I was going to let this go, and I still am not going to request them to fix it because their estimate is cut and dry "minimal drywall damage". In my eyes a contract is a contract.

Well here is where it gets rather upsetting, when they went to install the two switch cover. It broke. Which I was okay with. They said they were coming back out and they did the next day. Although they came back requesting additional funds. Now I was given an invoice prior to them leaving, I paid it. No questions asked. I was told I still owed $129.00. So naturally, I got a little upset, hence the reasoning behind this review. I abided by their black and white on their quote as far as the dry wall is concerned and I feel that they should own their mistake. An invoice is an invoice in my eyes, payment rendered after services performed. i don't believe its the customers responsibility to ensure they have everything on their invoice prior to requesting funds. Thats me.

In conclusion, I paid their request amount and I will not be utilizing their services when I have a roofer come out and create a vent to fit a quite cool. So, $129.00 just costed them a customer and a future quite cool sale, as well as costed an associate they use for roofing his deal.

Business is business. I respect, their decision to request additional money for their mistake. I will just choose to do the rest of business elsewhere.

Again! Quality of electrical work fantastic! The three gent's that came out, fantastic! Invoicing needs some work. Hopefully, this helps whom ever decides to use them in the future.

I had a new ceiling fan installed as my other one fell apart. David came out and did a terrific job. He gave my receipt and explained everything very well.

First time using Direct Electric. They responded quickly to the online quote request and had their team here the next day to install the 240 outlet we needed for our EV. Job was quick and reasonably priced.

Replace & add new Smoke /CO2 detectors. From start to finish this was a very polished professional job. From my initial inquiry to the job completion, everything was perfect. I will definitely call Direct Electric the next time I need any electrical work done.

They made a proposal that was a bit pricey, but not too high. They were courteous, and accommodated an appointment change I needed, while they communicated clearly when they needed to change appointment times. They did a very nice job, and the people who did the work seemed to know what they were doing.

Contacted Direct Electric for replacement of my home’s electric panel. They were fast to respond and gave me great information on what was needed. Their price was very reasonable. The finished product was completed seamlessly. I highly recommend them

Our microwave suddenly turned off the power to it and the refrigerator next to it. David came and discovered the problem in a third outlet that controlled the other two. A wire was improperly installed and was melting the plastic around it. He fixed a very dangerous problem and also added a proper box to house the microwave plug. David was friendly and he knew what to do.

I got tired of running extension cords to the exterior of my house from the garage. I called Direct Electric and asked them to take a look at my situation. Aydan, the technician came out and was able to add on exterior outlet for me with a special cover to protect it from the weather. He was exceptionally kind and walked me through the whole process. I would absolutely call Direct Electric again for any electrical help I need. Great experience.

We had a quiet cool whole house put in. Ayden and Martin were in and out in an hour quick efficient and cleaned up well. Install looks clean. Great explanation of how everything works and tips of how to get the best out of the system. 100% would recommend getting a quiet cool whole house fan and having these guys come do the install.
