    UPDATE: After submitting this honest review, the owner sends me yet another unprofessional email. All I can say is, YIKES! "Thank you for the opportunity. I hope you enjoy your review. Reviews can be very informative and helpful. You're an excellent example of a person who has been hand fed by every single person who comes in contact with you. Hope you feel better about yourself and life." I am honestly shocked with the level of unprofessionalism I encountered with this business. We hired them to clean our preschool and I was very transparent that I have high expectations regarding the cleanliness of our school. Cutting corners is not an option since children are in this space and germs spread quickly! The first few days I encountered several discrepancies, I contacted the owner with photos showing that counters were not wiped down, the sink was not cleaned, there was rice and food left on the carpets that I had to clean upon my arrival. The owner apologized and thought they would ensure these things were not missed again. Long behold our second week I’m encountering the same issues, we had a Mother’s Day event on Friday so the kitchen was used to prep food. When I arrived on Monday the stove was not even touched nothing was wiped down the sink was dirty, and the classroom counters were also not clean. This morning I arrived and the toilet paper dispenser was completely empty, there was food still plastered in the kitchen sink, and crumbs all over the counters. I sent an Email with photos attached and just asked that they please ensure the counters are wiped down sufficiently. This was the reply from the owner: “ Good morning. I am really not feeling your mindset about this account. I have put a ton of effort into this preschool, use employees to make sure that we get the best possible results daily. The kitchen counter is a good place to start with this conversation. The countertop was clean, I always try to wipe down best as possible. Toilet paper dispenser sorry for the inconvenience. The counter and sinks in each room are done daily. Do you ever get any compliments about anything clean. I will stop cleaning this account asap if you want me too.” He then goes on to say i’m not taking the time to appreciate all that he is done - ( mind you you’re a brand new business providing cleaning services and each day I’ve come in I found errors, But I guess I should be complementing you instead??) Steer clear of this company!!
