This review is way way overdue! First, let me start with my phone call. I spoke with Danielle and told her about a leak we have been having in our ceiling. She was incredibly professional, and sent out a technician as soon as they were available... Which was within the next day or 2. As soon as the technicians arrived, I could tell they were going to be very efficient just by the way their uniforms were pressed, and how clean and professional they were.
Jack was our technician and did a thorough inspection of our leak. It turned out that we were going have to get the whole house re-piped due to the age of our house (totally understandable, since it was built in 1992).
After speaking with Jack and Danielle about the cost and the process, we decided to hire them for the job. It took less than two days and they were all done! I'm pretty sure they left my home looking cleaner than it was before they even arrived and performed the work! I highly recommend JC Plumbing and will be a client for life! -

Jack and Austin have serviced my water heater twice now. On both occasions, they are very professional and displayed proficiency at what they do. They are also very friendly, courteous and have excellent customer service skills that put customers like me at ease. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends if they want the job done correctly. Excellent service!!!
