I had a refrigerator go out. I was hesitant to opt for repairing as it may or may not be worth it with the way these appliances are made these days. I called and they came out and were awesome! They fixed my fridge and were so professional and honest that when my dryer went out a few weeks later I called them again and they came out the same day and were able to fix that too. With yet another appliance, they came out and were very honest saying it was not worth it to fix—another repairman might have just done the work knowing it would not work. I highly recommend them: fast responses, honest assessments, easy text/online scheduling and payment, and very fair prices. I'm a very satisfied customer!

I have used Apex four separate times , each and every time they are responsive. Easy to schedule service repairs and are quick to diagnose issues. I recently called for a oven repair. The office was very busy and the technicians were running behind. Unfortunately, there was poor communication from the office to me as the client after a little bit of frustration and acknowledgment on their part, they apologized appropriately and gave me a credit toward my bill. That is incredibly good customer service I will continue to use Apex and recommend them to your friends and family. Thank you for a good loyal customer service.

I called this company just a few minutes ago to ask if they would reattach an oven door that was taken off the hinges. The woman on the phone said “we won’t touch that” and before I could ask for any recommendations she hung up on me. Learn some professionalism, terrible, absolutely terrible. Do not use this business.

I requested service on two appliances. The repairman came out to my home and barely even looked at the machine before he left in a hurry, then hours later I called to cancel and then they immediately called with an astronomical quote. He did no inspection of the fridge and dryer to arrive at the quote. The company subcontracts out and does not ensure quality with the folks that they work with.

I wasn’t home, but they coordinated with my neighbor and still completed the repair with no issues. Great communication and trust.
