DCC was awesome for my home front yard remodel. Priced much better than other landscape companies since they specialize in concrete. Added a deck for decor. A crew of 4-5 was there daily. They started on time and were done in a week. They completed all demo, prep and helped with design ideas. I would absolutely use them again!

Excellent general contractor with a skilled and dependable crew. They handled the project smoothly and finished on time. Communication was clear, and the quality of work was impressive. Fair pricing and great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results.

DCC Construction has done several projects for us. All work was done beautifully. They are professional and fun to work with. We love DCC.

Great experience with DCC Construction! Had a giant crack down the middle of my garage floor and they went to work. They saw cut out the cracked slab, prepped the pad for the new slab and tied it in to the existing slab with dowels. Crew showed up on time every day and kept the job site clean and safe. Would highly recommend DCC for your next project.

I have personally hired DCC construction company multiple times. I had an extensive addition added to my home and DCC laid all the foundation and surrounding concrete beautifully. Dean, the owner is professional and extremely communicative, he explains things step by step and takes pride in his work. I was so happy with the outcome and I feel confident that everything was done with integrity and quality.

I was intimidated when we started our renovation and upgrade projects, but Dean and his DCC crew made everything so easy for us! I was able to show Dean my inspiration photos for fencing and the pergola and he made it happen in a cost-effective manner for us. I obtained multiple quotes for concrete work and DCC was also the cheapest quote. We noticed a minor hiccup months later - I reached out to Dean and he texted back immediately and sent someone that week to make sure everything looked good. I highly recommend Dean and DCC from both quality and cost perspectives.

Dean has done many projects for me, I had a large deck that had termites and rot, after checking it out he started on fixing it immediately, he rebuilt it..did a fantastic job..I wanted market lights strung across a very large backyard, he figured out how to put up these 20 foot posts so that I Could have my lights. I have also used Dean for many concrete projects which he did a great job..he is excellent and efficient at what he does. I highly recommend him!

I am so impressed by Dean and his team. They had worked earlier to repair the old mortar on my 40-year-old used brick deck, and there was a mortar "haze" left on some of the bricks after this process. His guys came back today and fixed everything. It looks great now, and I am very pleased! Thank you, Dean! You and your team have been so helpful getting my long overdue project accomplished! Dean is a great boss, and his guys are a pleasure to work with!

DCC = No worries.
Dean and his crew exceeded our expectations. We had been planning our driveway replacement for years, and had interviewed a number of contractors. Dean brought experience and confidence that none of the other contractors could match. He took our input, handled the entire process, and gave us a driveway that was even better than what we could have imagined. It was nice to finally work with a contractor that actually listens, strives to please, and doesn't nickel and dime you for every little thing. Great value for the bid, and great customer service!

Just had a slab poured and retaining wall replaced with Dean and his crew. He pricing was great, was able to fit me into his schedule a little early due to my commitments, and he never tried to cut corners. He didn't specifically spec the retaining wall but boy is that thing built well with some serious structural blocks and geomesh. Also the slab was way overbuilt. Answered questions in a timely manner and kept me updated along the way. I would choose him for all my concrete work but unfortunately don't have any more to do!

Dean & his team are great! Clear communication & attention to detail when expanding our patio & driveway. They were able to match-up the new pavement with the existing design leaving it looking like it was there all along! Highly rec these guys!

10/10! Dean and the entire DCC Construction crew were phenomenal. They cleanly demoed our existing concrete and brick and installed a tricky driveway, two concrete patios with custom patterned expansion joints, and a curved concrete walkway. All the work turned out beautifully. They were reliable and so considerate of our property, our plans, and all our questions. We will work with them again whenever possible.

Highlights:
1. Project was finished well within the originally estimated project duration.
2. Our yard and home were treated with the utmost respect. Nothing was damaged, they worked carefully around our plants and structures.
3. Dean was patient with us through the entire process, explaining how things would work and answering all our questions as they came up.

These guys can also work under stress and handle the unexpected. It turned out all the gas lines on our street were getting replaced at the same time DCC were scheduled to do our yard. During demo they navigated parking bans, work crews, backhoes and borers, and general chaos daily. And it was often 90+ degrees. And the project STILL was on time. Then, on concrete pour day, while still navigating all the SDGE construction, they orchestrated time-sensitive pours in four separate areas around the perimeter of the home, all with different elevations and pretty narrow and/or steep access points.

Final thing to note on the skill of everyone’s work: a lot of the demo and concrete poured is adjacent to our home and existing retaining walls, which definitely required added care and skill to cleanly demo and then integrate the new concrete. (The photos are from the concrete pour day, so stucco/retaining walls hadn’t yet been cleaned up—but they show what the new concrete was integrated into).

DCC Construction was awesome. I'd give Dean and his Crew more stars if I could. They worked with me to figure out the best solution for my project, We ended up matching my stamping and color of my existing patio and driveway. I'd highly recommend them to my friends and family with no reservations!

DCC Construction Company did a retaining wall and grading project for me. I had a sloping unushillside hillside and wanted it turned into three separate levels. They also had to deal with my limited budget and my wanting of a rustic style retaining wall. DCC gave a fair price and I am so glag I chose them. Dean and his guys are great. They are friendly and respectful. They work hard to limit the inpack on you and the area surrounding the project. I never dreamed that I would have use of the lower part of my property. I had delayed getting my driveway redone for about 10 years because I did not have a good referral. A couple months ago, I was at my sister's house and saw that she got her quirky weird driveway redone and it was excellent work, so I asked her who did it and she gave me Dean's number and I called him. Dean came over the next day and gave me a bid. I ended up getting my driveway, porch, pool deck and a 5 ft wide side yard walkway done. He started when he said he was going to start and finished when he said he would finish. His crew is great. they cleaned up every day and they kept my elderly dog company. If you need a concrete referral, I know a guy.

Where to begin….Dean and his crew have been working at both of my homes for a number of years. Dean is the only contractor I trust to take care of my building needs. When I call on him I can rest assured that it will be done correctly. So often now a days, you will set up a job with someone and you are not surprised when they show up late without a call, or never arrive at all. Not with Dean or the excellent workers on his crew. They are on time, friendly, and get the job completed properly. Dean is a great guy you can trust! I can’t say enough good about his business. Never had a problem in all of these years.
