Constraction reviews in Newhall, California

I can't give praise enough for this company. From the presentation of the project to the installation, the professionalism, precision and skills were just fantastic. Waylan gave us very informative and thorough presentation and the crew who came to install our windows a month later were top notch. They worked diligently from 8am to 4pm to make sure that all the windows were installed properly. They sealed everything inside and outside. I can't thank them enough. They covered everything in hour house to make sure nothing would be damaged and they cleaned and vacuumed everything after the installation.

If you are looking for a quality construction company for a remodel, once you have heard everyone else’s pitch, call Waylan(Sales Manager)and your search will be over! There installation staff have been with them for years, and treat your home as if it was their own. They have given our home a long overdue facelift that gives us instant gratification as well as value. When you are ready, call them…you will not be disappointed!!

So I just wanted to share our renovation progress, we still have so much more to do but super happy at the progress!!! I mainly want to shine the spotlight on a family business that is located in Newhall, they are the reason we have completed a major project, if you need any construction big or small I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Construction Concern!!! Waylan and his guys are amazing, they helped us with new window installation, converting a sliding glass door back to a window, closing up a window and, new front door installation in 3 days, time frame was great and it turned out beautifully!!!!

These guys are great. First off they sell Anlin windows. I didn't know there was such a difference in the quality compared to other window manufacturers but there is. There first day they knocked out 9 windows and 1 slider. It was done neatly and professional. Richard's installation crew was great and had nothing but respect for my home and our belongings. Being in the home improvement business myself I have a very high standard for what I expect when a contractor does work for me. Construction Concern had exceded all of my expectations so much I gave him 2 of my friends, and 1 very good client for new windows. Even a bonus they were less $$ than the competition. From when we ordered our windows to install was less than 5 weeks. If your looking for new windows your search is over finding the rights guys. You just did....

We were initially pleased with the doors installed by Construction Concern. Richard seemed professional, and his team did a good job with the initial installation.
However, our opinion has changed due to issues with the follow-up service. After the work was completed, we noticed a few small defects and contacted Richard to have them fixed. It took his team a few months to come out and address these issues, which was very disappointing.
We also referred our neighbor, who used Construction Concern for a similar project. We were promised a referral bonus for this, but we never received it. We even called the company and left a message, but our call was never returned.
Given the poor follow-up service and the failure to honor the referral bonus, we're dropping our rating to 2 stars. We will not be considering this company for any future projects.

Very happy with the double-pane windows Construction Concern installed! Richard, the owner, went out of his way to explain the different options we had and to assure us that his company, which is local, had been around a long time and would do a great job. He supplied us quickly with a quote, which was lower than others we had received, and responded to any further questions without delay.

His crew, Julio and Manuel, installed our seven windows very professionally, reinstalled our blinds, and did a thorough job cleaning up, all in record time in less than a day. Already I can tell that the Anlin windows are keeping us warmer and with less outside noise.

My wife and I hired Richard at Construction Concerns in 2022 to install new windows, including a slider and a garden window, in our home. We also had work done for my mother-in-law in 2023. The installation was perfect and clean; once they left, you would hardly know major construction had taken place—except for the beautiful, clear windows. This year, in 2026, one of our windows leaked during a major rain and wind storm. I reached out to Construction Concerns, and they promptly sent a team to assess the situation. They tested the window, identified a small issue, corrected it, and repaired the window seal as if nothing had ever happened. Needless to say, after four years of service, I am very impressed with how well they took care of us!

ADU Room Addition Santa Clarita is a reliable contractor and guarantee you a very high quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

ADU Room Addition Santa Clarita is a reliable contractor, they have everything that guarantees very high-quality workmanship. I never experienced any stress here, I highly recommended ADU Room Addition, Santa Clarita.

I've worked with Guy from ADU Room Addition Santa Clarita twice - once for a washroom add-on (new development), and once for a fence around the front yard. The multiple times, financial plans and timetables were met precisely, and I was profoundly satisfied with the nature of work. Would be glad to prescribe to other people and work with once more.
