One call to Nine Islands and he scheduled a visit the same day! Now, obviously we got lucky that someone canceled just before we called, but still, VERY responsive!

We are now working with them to install a state-of-the-art heat pump (the future of HVAC) especially in California.

Great attitude, on time arrival, quick fix on our nearing-end-of-life AC and a bunch of good advice.

Best plumbers ever they saved me last minute

Good Work Done !!! but my only problem I didn't get a recipe for his job $450.00 I sure needed that .

Came after hours and installed main water shutoff. The real deal, not like others who wanted to come and look at it while they charged their service fee, then come back later to fix it. Gustavo fixed it on-site !

Owner was very kind and helped us out when we needed a pipe fixed due to a leak. Fixed in a matter of a couple of days and helped us out. I deal with many trades professionals. I would not hire Gus Hernandez . He does not divulge his prices before showing up ( a big red flag ) plumbers do lose their plumbing license for not divulging their fees. I was way overcharged. Never again.
