I had a water leak in my house and after 2 other people came out to find out where the water was coming from and did not find it, he was able to locate the leak in minutes. It was a copper hot water line and within an hour he had it fixed. Very fast and efficient work. I highly recommend!

A/C unit stopped working. Called Nor Cal construction, they came out same day and fixed the issue at a fraction of what others quoted me. Great service!

I had been dealing with another vendor for 3 weeks. That vendor called Nor Cal Construction Heat & Air. Victor arrived early in the promised arrival time. He listened to my description of the problem. He went on the roof and made an assessment. He then made some phone calls & left. In a very short time he returned with a part that he installed. He did a series of operational tests. Showed me pictures of his work on the roof and he was done. He did all this in 3 hours! On a Saturday!!! The A/C fan is working properly again. Victor impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge. He was polite and got the job done. He is excellent! I hope I don’t need him again anytime soon, but I will definitely call him again if I do.

Viktor literally saved us money! We had another professional come out prior to Viktor and diagnose our problem, which we questioned and wanted a second opinion. It was going to cost us a ton of money from what this other guy was saying was wrong with our HVAC.
