Impressive work and craftsmanship! These guys replaced our old wood lap siding on the house with the new James Hardie fiber cement siding. The house looks beautiful and has a fresh new look! A big thank you for taking care of our plants and bushes around the house by covering and protecting them during the work! Very detailed and professional installers! Our thirty-year-old siding was showing signs of water damage from sprinklers. We thought we would see if we could find a professional who would be able to replace the worn pieces. As luck would have it, our exact type of siding was no longer manufactured and we would not be able to get an exact match. We had about seven bids with very different suggestions and quotes. Then a young man named John Frook from Muradu Construction Company came. He took his time getting accurate measurements to give us an estimate. He gave us several alternatives of products, not just one. His estimates were the most thorough and his price quotes more reasonable than most of the others. He also had accurate knowledge of his products and how they would be installed. We decided to go with new siding from James Hardie. The contract was signed the next day and work began after just a few days. The crew was prompt to arrive at 8am every morning and they worked until 5pm with only a lunch break. At no time did we see them not working. They were all polite and helpful. As any job would go, we did ask questions along the way. Every concern was addressed with respect and was resolved in a reasonable time and to our satisfaction. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up to leave the outside of the house presentable. The job was completed in the time promised. I would highly recommend Muradu Construction to any of my friends!

I'd like you to know how pleased I am with the work your siding and painting crews did on my house. I have filled out the job evaluation form you sent around, but I'd like to go beyond that.

I took my time gathering information on six construction bidders for the job, including yours, and chose you because your bid was in the middle range of bids submitted and because you had a good reputation with the Better Business Bureau and the California Consumer Protection Agency, and because your soliciting agent, Rus Os, came across as friendly, helpful and competent.

When Rus turned the project over to Jessica Howard, her competence too came through. She was available for quite a number of phone questions and a couple of bumps in the road where problems - and potential problems - were quickly dealt with.

In the end, though, it is your workers who impressed me the most. Frankly, my experience with building contractors has not been optimal, so I was nervous all through the decision-making process right down to the point where the work actually got started. At that point, however, things changed dramatically. Your workers showed up on time and went right to work, keeping up the pace the whole day through, despite having to make the trek down from Sacramento on several of the workdays. They had all the right tools for the job and all of us looking on could see they knew their trade. Virtually all the neighbors have commented on the professional look of the results. Special thanks go to Leo and to Yuri and Eduard, and I'm sorry I didn't learn the names of the others, who were also clearly highly skilled.

I was concerned when the job was apparently done and I realized the paint did not adequately cover the surface. It was a great relief that Jessica came to the rescue, no questions asked, and saw to it that there would be two additional coats of paint applied. It's that kind of attention to detail and follow-through, I think, that marks the line between a merely adequate job and a top-notch one. Eduard's job on the inside walls where plaster had collapsed due to the hammering on the outside showed the same high degree of professional skill.

The crew was great and the price was reasonable. Much better experience than with any other contractor in the area.

Muradu did more work for us. Siding, roofing and windows. It was a lot of work. One of their past customers recommended to me and I trusted them. These guys delivered. Everything they executed is pristine.

My mother had the outside of her house redone and had an AMAZING experience with Muradu Construction. From start to finish, they communicated every little detail. She had siding replaced, stucco repair, gutters replaced, painting, fencing, etc… She raved about the professionalism of the contracted workers who came out to complete the job. It was a quick and stress free process. She now has the best looking house on the whole block!

Muradu installed for us 15 windows (new construction), 3 sliding doors and replaced the roofing. Always on time, Jessica answered all my questions and kept me informed about each phase of the projects. I definitely recommend them.

I called Muradu Contruction during the holidays to get an estimate for some damages that were caused by a company Tonal hired to install digital workout equipment. Despite it being around the holidays, Jessica was very responsive and was able to get someone out to assess the damages and had a quote sent to me within just a few days. She was very helpful in sending out quotes, paid invoices, and pictures of the before and after so that I could be reimbursed. The work was amazing! They completed the job in just one day, and they also went above and beyond and painted some patches that another an electrical company had left unpainted. I would hire this company again for future and would definitely recommend to others!

I had an amazing experience with Muradu Construction, who installed siding on my home. Denis came to us and explained everything and it was obvious that he knows what they do. The team was punctual, professional and highly skilled. And the final result is more than what I was expecting!

Wonderful, highest quality work by Muradu Construction. Yesterday, Muradu did the installation of our new sliding glass doors, 2 sets, replacing old, 1970's aluminum sliders with new, energy-efficient ones. Dennis had scheduled our installation and answered a follow up question promptly. Nick and Paul did impressive work! We watched the entire process, because they were so skilled, precise and absolutely meticulous at every step. Everything you'd hope for, they did: arrived on time, covered/protected nearby furniture, worked fast to remove old doors and took time and real care in installing the new ones, every bit of caulking, measuring, fitting checking, double-checking, adjusting, then attaching, plus all the trim done with precision, even floor trim that was not part of the new sliders, they re-cut to make it a perfectly flush seam. Plus they left our home, inside and outside, cleaner than when they'd arrived. We're so grateful.

We had the windows & siding replaced and the results are amazing the r value is amazing and the outside sounds. Now let’s talk about Muradu construction and staff every aspect of the job was done to perfection the salesman was great very knowledgeable about the entire job the owner did the measurements and they were perfect. The tear out and the install crews are very good polite,clean,knowledgeable,organized as well as professional the painters are very good. Great job everyone 😀😀👍

Muradu is a professional company that 'does things right, the first time'; they understand the city planning department requirements understood just what we wanted and provided high quality work. I thought it was a bit expensive at first but now see we paid for excellent work. Russ and Jessica and the crew were easy to work with. They listened to what we were saying and wanted to proceed with our requests. I called them back to fix something they had missed and the quickly and happily they fixed it for us. I would definetely use them again.
