The fellows at Good Life Construction did a great job on re-building my back yard gazebo. It was a very large job and they finished it on time and with an excellent result.

I had an amazing experience working with Good Life Construction. Tim and Pete were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process communicative, professional, and genuinely great to work with. They made sure I understood every step, offered honest advice, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I felt confident and supported the whole way through. It’s hard to find a team that combines top-notch craftsmanship with such attentive customer service, but they absolutely nailed it. I highly recommend them.

Great contractor. They did exactly what they said from start to finish. Roman’s and crew of george and Dimitri were great, hard working, organized and professional through the whole job. Big outdoor dry rot project.Arrived on time, worked until dark all four days. Very precise, excellent workmanship. Great communication through the estimating phase. Fair price for the job.

The workmen that Goodlife Construction sent to my listing were very good and treated the house with great care as if it were their own home. They brought the correct tools and cleaned up when they were through. You would never have known they were there.

Good Life Construction provided, HANDS DOWN, the best service experience and exceeded my expectations. Not only did they make the impossible possible, but executed the job with Speed, professionalism, cleanliness.
Several companies turned down the job due to the left side of my roof is higher than the right. No company could design a patio cover until Good Life Construction!
Now I can enjoy my patio year round protected from the rain! Dimitriy also installed a fan and offered to restring my lights at no cost to me! Exceeding my expectations by going out and purchasing an extension cord again~ at no cost to me. When I offered to pay for the cord, he refused to take it! What company does that? Good Life Construction does! Dimitriy is an incredible asset to your company! Any future construction or electrical needs~ Good Life Construction will be my only phone call! Good Life Installed two sliding glass doors where windows used to be. They did and excellent Job! You cannot tell that they are not original to the house! I highly recommend them!!!

Today we had our patio door replaced. It is absolutely beautiful and so easy to open. Our workers, Ben and Ivan were absolutely amazing so kind and very efficient, so dedicated to their work. We are so fortunate to have them work for us. Thank you!😊

I would recommend GoodLife and will use them for future projects. My project was to replace 6 original 1950 windows plus 3 other vinyl windows that had been poorly installed leading to leaking inside the wall. I knew there would be dry rot, mold, drywall and stucco work at a minimum and I wanted a contractor that could do it all. Unfortunately the crew who replaced the 1950s windows did a messy caulk job, dented the trim and chipped interior and exterior paint and caulked over much of that, with terribly dirty hands! As a result I had white caulk with dirt in it and caulk on my window frames where it didn't belong. However, when I showed Yaro the project manager he was very apologetic, agreed that it was a mess and promised to make it right. He sent out the crew who did the other windows (who did a great job) to fix the caulking mess and paint the trim. Alex and Vlad were awesome from start to finish! They were professional, polite, fast, tidy, and showed care and pride in doing high quality work.

It took me some time to write this review because my journey with Goodlife was truly unique. Two years ago, my home was destroyed in a storm when two oak trees fell on it, leaving it uninhabitable. Initially, I hired a different company to handle the rebuild, but the process was full of issues and delays. Frustrated, I reached out to my insurance adjuster to switch contractors, and that’s when I found Goodlife—and my journey with them began.

From the very start, Goodlife was honest, transparent, and incredibly supportive. I felt an immediate connection with them. They moved quickly, handling all the details and guiding me through the selection process for materials and designs. Since this was a complete rebuild, I knew it would take time, and in the end, the project lasted about a year and a half. Throughout the entire process, they were with me every step of the way, always gracious and understanding.

During this time, my life took an unexpected and devastating turn. My husband of 41 years became very ill and passed away. With my children living far away—one in a different state and another in a different country—I found myself alone. But Goodlife became so much more than just a contractor; they became a part of my family. They didn’t just focus on rebuilding my house—they made sure I was okay. They asked how they could help, listened when I needed to talk, and treated me with incredible compassion.

Mark, in particular, went above and beyond to fight for me. He worked tirelessly to ensure I got everything I needed and deserved, he was soooo amazing!!! He held my hand EVERY step of the way! and the result is a home that is absolutely stunning. Olesia who handled the financing, was like my angel—keeping me updated on payment plans, timelines, and costs with so much grace and care. Communication was constant, clear, and reassuring throughout the entire process.

When the house was finally finished, I hosted a “Goodlife party” to celebrate and thank the team for everything they had done. Even now, they remain a big part of my life. We keep in touch, and I still have them over—they will always be part of my family! Big thanks to Roman, Tim, Scott, Mary, Serge, Artem, Mark, Olesia and Ella!

He even took the time to come to the gathering. I am forever grateful to them for not only creating a beautiful home but for being there when I needed it most. First time working with Good Life Construction. They did a Full Frame replacement of four windows. From the start it went very well with Roman coming out for an estimate. I was concerned that because this was a multifamily and not my residence that the quality of the whole project might be "just ok" but as soon as the project began my concerns were alleviated. Valentyn was project manager and he did an excellent job on communication and the entire project. Workers were polite and showed up on time. From covering up my flooring with planks and drop clothes to not positioning the ladders on my gutters but rather on solid stucco and then cleaning up everyday after themselves they displayed great care in all that they did. Some minor dry rot issues were handled without question, they matched the Stucco perfectly (very important to me), and they even painted the entire wall after the install. From start to finish exactly what I wanted. Thanks again to Valentyn and the installers and Roman as well. I will be calling back soon for some new windows at my own residence.

Good Life construction did a wonderful job. They installed a sliding glass door in our new home. All details were handled, from coordinating with a company for plans and permits, to getting the door bid, installation, painting, and leaving everything clean. The team was professional and very friendly.

We had some pretty bad structural problems with the 2nd story of our house that was added to the existing 1st floor in 1978. The unattached chimney, unsafe balcony, and badly sloping floor were all part of the package. We chose Good Life based on the fact that they had an integrated design and engineering team and we were expecting problems. Boy did we have them. The 2nd story structure was totally weird, and that required new post and beam construction, the renovation of a lot of dry rot, and re-stucco of walls, even in places we didn't originally expect. Besides the major stuff, the Good Life project manager was responsive to any minor items we inquired about, addressed mid-project change requests quickly, ensured excellent workmanship, handled all of the permits quickly (even with all the changes) and we ended up with a first class renovation. We even added a bathroom remodel and a kitchen re-tile because the original scope was done so well. I highly recommend working with this group.

I’m very happy with Good Life Construction. They repaired dry rot at my home in Sacramento, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. We are incredibly pleased with the response time, quality of communication, expertise, quality and thoroughness of work done, and price paid for our recent roof repair. The two gentlemen had Eastern European accents, yet did a great job communicating to us what needed to be done, how it was done with pictures of before and after work, and how to pay. They were prompt and finished work in a timely manner. Good Life will definitely be our first call for our next project on our home repair list!
