Absolutely love the Good Life Construction team. I had them fix exterior dry rot and replace several windows. They went above and beyond, my house is better than new. My wife and I could not be happier with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Thank you Ben, Igor, and Mykola!

Bought a home built in 1977 and the Goodlife crew brought it back to life with outstanding pricing and performance in every respect. All Goodlife teams were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and patient. Made challenging issues easy to understand and provided clear solutions without breaking bank. Excellent follow-up as they were happy to return to address even the smallest items I was not 100% satisfied with. I recommend this company without reservation.

I contacted several contractors to replace a 1967 lanai with a new deck and patio cover. Only one could meet and give me an estimate within the week, Good Life Construction. I did finally obtain several other quotes but the knowledge and expertise of the estimators paled in comparison to Jacob from Good Life. He set a very high bar no other company could meet. I sort of had an idea of what I wanted and he was able to visualize it and give it a realistic plan and very reasonable estimate of time and cost to complete.

Upon signing the contract, I was provided an extraordinary project manager, Yaroslav, who communicated with multiple crews, myself, and with Jacob when a change had to be made (we later added hand railed to each set of steps). The crews, Peter, Alex, Serg, Yevgeniy, and Illia, were always early to the job, stayed until the sun went down (and beyond), cleaned up after themselves, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working with each other. The work was exemplary and they all exceeded our expectations. We now have a beautiful covered deck that we can enjoy all year round and could not be more pleased.

I will not hesitate to recommend Good Life Construction to my friends and neighbors that need a home improvement project completed. You can also bet that I will be using this company in the future for any improvement projects we will need (and yes, I am requesting Jacob and Yaroslav!).

From the beginning to the end Good Life Construction was professional and easy to communicate with. Roman is an absolute asset to the Good Life Construction company.
His knowledge of services needed were spot on.
Frankly I didn't even bother with getting other estimates which is not typical.
Keep in mind the weather here in Sacramento has been brutally hot, even so, his team soldiered through it.

After the great reviews on Google, I contacted Good Life Construction for help with a problem I was having with water damage on my pergolas/patio. Jason came over to have a look and take pictures. After discussing with his team, a plan and estimate was forwarded to me for review. There was no rush to decision or any pressure. It was all very smooth, organized with everything well documented and plain to see and read. Everything was available online and easily accessible. We had to wait for the weather to improve but once it was ok, a date was scheduled. The employees were prompt at arrival. They were diligently, thorough, safely, with great care and attention to detail. At no time did I feel the job was rushed. Yaro, the project manager, visited to go over the work and any concerns I might have. The before and after look could not be more pleasing! They did an amazing job to make sure I don't have any water damage on my pergolas/covers and they cleaned up any actual damage and appearance related issues. From beginning to conclusion, the entire process was very easy, efficient, smooth requiring little effort on my part. They were always on top of it! I want to thank them for everything they did and for this process so comfortable. I would contact them readily for help and assistance in the future and recommend them if you do so as well!

Good Life Construction completed stucco, waterproofing, and drywall repairs on our property and demonstrated solid workmanship throughout the process. Once the wall was opened, additional investigation was required, and the crew addressed the issues methodically and correctly rather than cutting corners. The repairs were well executed, the stucco and finishes were blended carefully, and the work was completed cleanly and professionally. The final result met expectations, and I would recommend Good Life Construction for projects where proper repair and attention to detail matter.

We looked at several companies to find one that would be able to fill in an open area with concrete, re-tile it, and install a couple of handrails on some steps in our patio (we changed our sliding door and the previous French doors had sidelights that blocked the open area). Slavic was the first to return my message and immediately set up an appointment to give us an estimate. We ended up choosing Good Life because they had the best bid and the best communication. The team completed the job over a few days (concrete and grout needing to cure on separate days) and did excellent work. They arrived on time and always left the work area clean. They were very careful with what they were doing but also efficient, so the final result was not only completed quickly, but it looked great. The first photo is what it looked like before and the second is the new step and the new railings. We are so pleased with Good Life that we intend to work with them on our next project. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Serge was completely awesome throughout our project which involved a leaky kitchen window that ended up being from a window leak on the second floor which required stucco removal, dry rot repairs, and window replacements. Their costs were reasonable and their crews were great about cleaning up before going home at the end of each day. They were also able to replicate the type of stucco finish we have on the rest of the house. I am an HOA Manager and have worked with a lot of different construction companies in my 30 years of experience, and this is one of the best!

We hired Goodlife Construction to help us put our home back together after a water leak uncovered toxic mold and required extensive repairs before we could move back in. The remediation process took about five weeks longer than expected, and I had to push back our start date with Goodlife many times. Each time, they responded with patience and reassurance—always saying “no problem” and “just let us know when you are ready to proceed.” That level of professionalism is truly unmatched.

Our estimator, Jonathan Lysyy, and our project manager, Val Hlushniuk, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were communicative, detail-oriented, and always thoughtful in their approach. Jonathan and Val remembered every detail (big and small), offered creative and practical suggestions, and even came up with a brilliant idea for a built-in pantry/desk combination that we would have never thought of ourselves. Throughout the entire process, they were respectful, approachable, and made us feel completely at ease—even when we had lots of questions and changes.

We cannot recommend Goodlife Construction more highly. Thanks to their professionalism, expertise, and care, our house once again feels like home. They will forever have our business for any future needs.

I had Good Life Construction replace my front door and some trim on the front of the house. The work is great and it looks beautiful. A couple of things cropped up while doing the work and they handled these unexpected issues very well.
Good Life communicated well with me during both planning and work and I place a high value on good communication; they never left me wondering where things stood.

Honestly I had a great experience with Goodlife Construction. Very reasonable quote and quick to schedule repairs. We needed to replace dryrot on some eave blocks and a roof repair on our house, and Igor did a great job. Even the color matches perfectly so its hard to tell which ones were replaced. Philip was very friendly, professional, and timely with the estimate and contract. I will be returning with any other issues around the house.

Horrible work. Did the job wrong from the start. Replaced the siding with two different styles that didn't match the existing or each other. Removed a window to replace the siding but installed it incorrectly (over the siding) and it leaked water really bad. Didn't replace all the rotted wood they were supposed to and billed for. Tried filling some of the dry rot with caulking. Damaged my xfinity cable. Had to have xfinity replace the line. Painted the exterior work with semi gloss interior paint that didn't match. Used studs for exterior trim. Installed the roof sheathing wrong. Installed trim next to the garage door but then the garage door wouldn't open. Left a mess inside and out. They came out to redo the work and still did it wrong. Wrong size fascia boards and barge rafter. Trimmed the bottom of the siding but missed one side of the house. Building paper hanging below the siding. Gate wouldn't latch. Didn't nail off the siding correctly. Installed a receptacle and cover wrong (code violation). Cut a notch in one piece of siding to slide it over the cable and then just filled it with a bunch of caulking instead of pulling the coax out to install the sheet and putting the coax back through the hole. Painted the "repairs" but missed spots and got paint on the garage door, fence, and new downspout. Sliding glass door wasn't installed level the second time and now doesn't open and close properly. Left nails sticking out(still there). Used fascia boards that I bought for a job without asking. Came out twice and messed up twice. Pictures were after the second visit.
To your response, I'm a general contractor as well. My neighbor is a roofing contractor. We both know the work was bad and not up to code. Just because the landlord said she was okay with it doesn't mean it was done correctly or up to code. This work was neither, and looks bad too. If you had pulled a permit it wouldn't have passed the inspection. I respect the owner and landlord too much not to say something. I stand by my review.

This company is amazing. From start to finish, Ben was very helpful and never stopped communicating throughout the entire project. The work that was done was incredibly clean and professional and I couldn't be happier! Will be using them for all rentals and our own home.

We had floor to ceiling, old brass mirror closet doors. They brought the size down to standard for our rental, and it's perfect.

Jason Khadzhi at GoodLife Construction went above and beyond for my clients during their home purchase in El Dorado Hills. He was incredibly responsive and even came out to the home late in the afternoon on a rainy day, on a moment's notice, staying late to make sure my clients were fully educated on everything they needed to know. There were many parts to the repairs needed, and he took the time to review the issue, inside and out. That kind of commitment and dedication is rare, and it made all the difference. Jason is truly someone who puts his clients first — I can't recommend him enough!

I had a hot water pipe leak in the attic and caused extensive damage. I selected several companies on yelp for the repair project. I am so glad that I chose to work with Good life construction. Jason Khadzhi ( lead project manager) was very quick to respond and provided a very reasonable quote right away. His crew was punctual, efficient and completed the work beyond my expectations! Yaro ( the project manager) was there every day to make sure the work was done right. All the workers were very polite and respectful answering any questions I had. They were thorough, maintained a neat worksite. I can tell they take pride in the work they perform. We also found additional problem during the repair and since the company is very big and covers many service, I don’t have to search for different company and good life construction was able to provide the service that I need. Jason always goes above and beyond.

I had MAJOR construction done in the summer of 2024. I had a whole wall that was leaking from several windows. It took months to repair this damage outside and inside. The damage spanned two floors. Good Life did an amazing job. Everyday they left the construction site clean. The communication was good. The installers/crew were amazing. Thank you so much for fixing my house. Any other major repairs that I need will definitely be handled by this company. Serge and Jacob were so wonderful to work with.

Good Life Construction replaced the back deck and siding, including window trim, at my house in Sacramento. The finished product looks great. The Sales Manager (Slavic) and Project Manager (Valentin) were very helpful in answering questions and doing things to my satisfaction. The crew was polite and did excellent work. Language problems were handled by calling the managers or using the iPhone translator. The work was done within the cost and time estimates.

A different company called TOV Permit and Plans drafted the plans and obtained the required city permits. Contacts were Susanna & Liana. They kept me updated weekly while waiting 2-3 months to get permits before the work could begin. When we expanded the scope of work, they accurately estimated that it would take two weeks to get the revised permit, and they handled everything.

I would recommend hiring Good Life to my family and friends.

Daniel Stevens did an amazing job. He was very knowledgable and upon request, spent the time to go over the findings with my first time home buyers. He was able to turn the report over quickly as well. Much appreciated service!
