Everyone I interacted with at North American Home Services was very efficient, professional, courteous and reliable. That said, I'd like to specifically mention both Dennis and David for the tremendous work they did completing the repairs on my property before selling.

Wow, what a great experience with these guys! James came on a rainy Saturday to complete a home inspection for a short closing on a new home purchase! These guys were just great. They did the most thorough inspection I’ve ever seen, complete with a 45 page detailed report, including pictures! They took the time to answer my questions, explain issues using understandable language, and never once did I feel like my questions were dumb or uneducated in this field. They were respectful to the house structure itself, making sure to wear shoe covers and keeping everything clean, they were respectful to me, and their overall demeanor was genuine and kind.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely.
Would I use them again? 💯
Would I consider using anyone else? Nope.

I was referred to Good life pest control. The technician provided a thorough inspection of my facility. Covered all entry and exit points of intrusive mice. The follow up has consistent as well. I highly recommend their services for your needs.
