I was let down by this company's installation of three package units, which didn't match the brand I originally requested. Over the past two years, these units have been consistently problematic, leaking every other month and displaying error codes, only to fail to function properly. Despite my repeated calls, the issues were initially acknowledged but now the owner refuses to engage, insisting I pay for maintenance despite the faulty work. A separate HVAC inspection revealed installation errors that caused leaks and required costly repairs. To avoid a similar experience, I would not recommend this company.
