Pro360 has gone above and beyond in so many ways with us, I cannot recommend this company enough. If it is general maintenance/ cleaning, you can assume it is thorough and exhaustive. If you have a problem, they feel the urgency and pivot as best they can to get to you as soon as they can, or to answer questions remotely. If you have a real big problem, like we have also had!, you feel like you are their only customer with the incredible level of service you receive. I am overdue in writing this review because Pro360 has really helped us tremendously, most recently in the expedited replacement of an HVAC system destroyed in a flood.

I had a great experience with Isaac. He was on time, professional, and thorough. He took pictures of each issue and clearly explained everything to me. He also wore a mask and shoe covers the whole time which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Eduardo and Nissim (head guy of Pros360), spent time analyzing options for new placement of minisplit condensers onto the roof of my two-story bldg. They were very knowledgeable and thoughtful about work involved and issues that needed addressing when doing that move. I am very happy with their expertise in their field and their attention to details.

Pro360 is my new goto company for my HVAC needs. From the office tech, to the regional manager, everyone was very professional, communicative, and informative. Staff on the field and the staff in the office knew what each were doing, which showed sufficiency and accountability. When I made a verbal appointment with the manager and the HVAC tech and had to call the office to reschedule, the office tech knew who I was and what needed to be done. When material shipments were delayed, I got a call from them with an update without me having to reach out to them. Prompt and efficient. The new ac/heating unit works great so far. I’ll post an updated review down the line.
Update as of 1/30/24: the HVAC system works well. No more worries about possible gas leaks or carbon monoxide. Surge came to check on system as well. He was polite and punctual.
