The whole process of laying heavy,, magnificent quality astroturf on my 4th floor deck, was quite the chore...especially getting it to the 4th floor! The whole process was flawless! I recommend highly!

He was sent by warranty company for hot water heater and identfied more issues than originally stated by company. He also noticwd something that was incorrectly done on home. I appreciate Idal being thorough.

I called to ask about paver installation and spoke with Idan. he was great! Very friendly and helpful. My backyard is small, so she said he’d check to see if it met the company’s minimum size requirements and would get back to me. He followed up within the hour and, unfortunately, my yard is too small but I totally understand they need to have a minimum. However, he gave me a couple other ideas, which I really appreciate. he took the time to help, which is much more than I can say for other contractors I’ve contacted- I’m still waiting for those guys to call me back, after nearly a week! If I had a bigger backyard I would definitely have Top tech builders come and give me a bid. Idan gets 5 stars!

In the process of remodeling our whole house, the front and back yard is one of the most important places needed a Remodel It's was looking really bad and we were looking for solutions that not only look great but will be in our price range Idan came to give us a free estimate and gave us really great ideas within our budget He was very professional and of course we chose him! The work was done super fast and professionally, and it looks amazing! He put artificial turf along with some paved spots, the combination he did for us looks fantastic! With all the rains we had this year, we had some water damage that seeped through our roof and into a closet in our home office. We have a flat roof and due to a draining issue the water pooled and eventually came through to the inside. Top Tech Builders did a fantastic job fixing the problem. Very responsive and professional. When they did the work I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. The guys not only did fantastic work but they were so thorough with making sure they left the space as clean as it was when they found it. That really, next to never happens when you have repairs done. It was greatly appreciated. It would absolutely use Top Tech again. I have plans for a kitchen remodel in the future. I look forward to working with Top Tech Builders again. Highly recommended!

Idan was extremely helpful in helping us decide on different design elements within the bathroom and gave us great advice on how to approach the project. Top Tech Builders completed a major upgrade in Arleta, Los Angeles, including a complete shingle roof replacement, HVAC package unit installation, new insulation throughout the attic, and a full attic clean-up and sanitization.
