We recently purchased a house where the prior owner had decided he was competent to do electrical work. There were exposed wires everywhere, reversed polarity, and a whole stack of problems. Most of the outlets didn't work, and more scary, some of them worked "some of the time". We knew we wanted to redo everything just for safety, but also knew we couldn't afford a complete rewire.

Saul came out, showed us exactly what the problems were, and helped us understand priorities so we could make sure the house was safe while staying within our budget and while planning for future drops. He redid the panel at pricing well below other quotes we got, as well as handling all the rest of the work. He also helped us handle all the work we need with the local inspectors to ensure everything is done properly and documented.
