Called this company for a residential electrical issue and spoke to the call taker. She was friendly, efficient and professional. She informed me that a electrician will be arriving. I called Electron Apps company to get help with some fluorescent lights in our garage. The lights had been flickering even after I changed out the light tubes. After doing some research I found out the ballast was the issue. I spoke with the electrician who advised me I was better off installing a new led light, which I had already been thinking about. He explained the negatives of fluorescent lights and how they are being phased out. He provided the cost over the phone and came out the same day. Before he started, I had some questions and concerns about how it would look like once the old fixture was removed and the new light installed, but he was very patient with me and explained everything properly and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing. He was able to remove the old fixture and install the new one pretty quickly. The led light looks great and there's much better lighting in my garage now. I really appreciate businesses like this that genuinely care about their work and customers.

Great first time call. The specialist was very professional and took care of our issues promptly. He solved two electrical issues inside of an hour. He fixed the first issue in about 10 minutes and then fixed an electrical issue that was preventing our pool light from coming on. This company had good reviews and after asking me for a few extra photos, quoted me a fixed price. A few days later, they sent a electrician who brought the special breaker I needed for my old panel, installed the circuit without much trouble and tidied up when he was done.
