Used Magnus for my place in Sherman Oaks. Technician showed up on time, put on shoe covers before coming in, which I always appreciate. Walked me through what he found before and after. No pressure, no upsells. Very solid experience overall

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect — I'd never had my ducts cleaned before and wasn't even sure it was necessary. Called Magnus after noticing more dust than usual around the vents and a slight musty smell when the AC kicked on. They scheduled me within two days which was great because some companies I called couldn't come for two weeks.
The guy who came out — I think his name was Max — was really thorough. He showed me before and after photos of the vents which I thought was a nice touch. The whole job took maybe 6.5 hours for a 4-bedroom house. No mess left behind either, which I was kind of worried about.
Smell is gone, and my allergist actually asked at my last appointment if I'd changed anything at home because my symptoms had improved. I'm going to start doing this every couple years

Honestly impressive how much buildup there was. House feels cleaner and the air is noticeably fresher. Will be scheduling regular cleanings going forward!

Booked them for air duct cleaning at our house in Glendale because the vents were blowing dust everywhere. The difference after cleaning was honestly noticeable the same day. House smells fresher and the airflow feels way better now. Max and his team were professional, worked clean, and finished faster than I expected. Definitely keeping Magnus Air Duct Cleaning saved for future HVAC cleaning.

Called Magnus Air Duct Cleaning after noticing this weird dusty smell every time the AC kicked on. Wasn’t even sure if air duct cleaning would actually make a difference tbh but it really did. The vents were apparently super dirty. Air feels cleaner now and my bedroom doesn’t get stuffy anymore at night. Also my dog stopped sneezing as much lol. Appreciate the work guys!

Really happy we finally did the dryer vent cleaning. Honestly should’ve done it way earlier because the dryer was taking forever to dry clothes. They cleaned everything out and showed us how much lint was stuck in there… kinda insane actually. Ended up also doing air duct cleaning while they were here and the whole house feels less dusty now. An honest person who knows his stuff!

I called this company to repair my damper shelf because the heating and cooling was expecting from the chimney flue I called A1 chimney pros to do me a chimney inspection level 2 the technician said the damper is broken because I did not have a chimney rain cap and the it got rusty he said best is to install a damper rain cap that is how I can control the flow and also open and close the chimney flue also saying the chimney needed a sweep and a good cleaning for the fire place but besides that the chimney is in great condition I agreed to he's estimate the technician went straight to work went on the roof installed me a damper rain cap on the top exterior of the chimney and then cleaned my chimney I have to say this company has great integrity with great care the contractor oriel was also the technician by all I gave the company 11/10 because they are awesome and I will recommend everyone in Los Angeles to get their chimney services by this great company thank A1 chimney pros and I hope to see next year for my yearly chimney sweep and inspection I also took a picture for everyone to see thank you:)

Update! I called because a squirrel some how got stuck into the chimney I called A1 chimney pros to come get him out safe great job them letting him out without harming the animal thank you for coming back!

Did a great job doing a chimney inspection for my chimney I came to visit my brother in north Hollywood my brother has a fireplace I wanted to use it I asked him maybe we should bring a professional chimney inspector to do a inspection to see if we can burn wood on the fireplace without making any fire hazard we called A1 chimney Pros they were super nice and booked us the same day chimney inspection the technician arrived on time did also a free dryer vent inspection saying I do not need service for it but I do need a chimney sweep and to clean the fireplace gave us a great price we agreed and he went straight to work making sure our furniture is clean also I give him a 10/10 for he’s amazing service and great care for my home thank you sunny
