Tom with GNA cleaning services came out to my house to fix and clean our two chimneys that we have in the house. We didn’t have that working for years and this last winter we decided that it’s about time
Tom came with his crew and literally made this chimney. Looks brand new again I have a very good service very knowledgeable About anything related in that matter. As far as pricing goes, they were in the average overall service is rated five stars good communication throughout the whole project. If you guys need your chimney repaired or cleaned those are gonna be your guys thank you so much

Called GNA cleaning services because the company that "fixed" my Chimney yesterday refused to come out when the Chimney failed to work than 24 hours later. Tom the technician said he would be out in 45 minutes. He was knocking on my door in less than 40. He explained the problem & the fix, and got all work done. unlike the person that was here less than 24 hours ago, he was very pleasant, and with all of it together they earned a customer!

Erik the technician did an awesome job! He did a really detailed inspection of our fireplace and chimney, went over multiple options in detail and gave very professional estimates. We had them reface our fireplace and install a gas insert with a new chimney cap. Erik was professional during the whole process. The results are great and we are very happy!
