This company is a disaster, but at least one guy, presumably Gabriel Grimm, seems decent. It's been three weeks and I'm still waiting for the AC installation.

We were extremely dissatisfied with our experience. The company only has a limited number of technicians available, which means you're unlikely to get a service call within just a few days like other local repair services. For example, my 6-month-old washing machine broke down, and it took over a week for the technician to arrive. After diagnosing the issue, they needed to order a replacement part, adding another 3 days to the wait. To make matters worse, the customer service initially scheduled an appointment 10 days later - only after we had to complain did they agree to reschedule for 5 days later. The entire process took nearly two and a half weeks, leaving us very frustrated. We will not be using Sears again.
