Best company i recommend any customer this company

Had a phone call from them today. When I was trying to ask the person how they received my information they said I requested it online. I was trying to ask for more details when they hung up.

I contacted office twice by phone and email, but they just ignore and don't refund my deposit that their guys forgot to credit.

I just really enjoyed the experience, good solid moving with these guys, the beat all expectations I had of such a thing from the past. Thank you very much.

Great movers. Lim and Calvin were super nice and helped the hole day. Would use again for sure.

WORST customer service. Actually NO customer service. I have been trying for a week to get a receipt for what was charged on my credit card. Always voice mail and never a return phone call. AWFUL.

Really really nice people that moved us, we had to get out of there because of the Porter Ranch gas leak there was no complaints got straight to work and moved us. Thanks again will call again next move.

This company did a fabulous job, no problems at all. I had a very bad experience with another company and was not looking forward to this move, I need not have worried as things went without the slightest hitch. Well done on an excellent service.

The movers were on their best behavior heehee! They zipped through my move. I was surprised to see that nothing was harmed or damaged in the slightest. They must have a great deal of experience with moves!

Worst possible experience. They scheduled a pickup at a certain time and then canceled the evening before. No apologies. No suggestions. No help. If I could give negative stars, I would do so. Use anybody but them

This is not the average moving company, if it is excellence you are after then these are your guys. A great team who exceeded all of my expectations. No stress involved. A job well done.

They don't even deserve one star. They still have my stuff it's been a month an a half since they picked it up and still can't even provide me an ETA. I requested to see my stuff and they can't send me a picture. They told me I have to pay an additional 50 dollars to access it if I just wanted to VERIFY that it was in even there.

This company made my move easy with their very professional service. Staff were patient and very helpful.Movers were on time and went out of their way to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The people on the phones use fake names when they talk to you. Don't leave your valuables around. They dont wear any kind of uniform and when they take your stuff to your new house, youll probably get hit with a price that exceeds the quote by like a hundred percent. And if you dont pay it theyll leave with it. This company apparently has law suits against it and according to employees, they dont get paid on time USUALLY. STAY AWAY

Just wanted to say what a great experience I had. We shopped around for multiple moving companies before choosing Acclaimed. Pricing was very competitive and service was impeccable 👍🏼 we had a long distance move and that's never any fun but these guys really outdid themselves!!!

Todate we have had over $1000 in lost or damaged items, we have called 3 times,and have also attempted to call the ones they insured us with and not one call has been returned. I am at a loss for words as well as property and ready to go for legal advice to get this fixed. I am very sad and upset about all of this and struggling to keep a "right" attitude

They only insured for $.60 a pound so we got an appropriate insured amount on the day of thee move, which they charged an extra $2000, I'm glad we got it because about 1/3 of our furnishings have arrived broken! Now guess who won't return my calls... Time to get a lawyer and sue these bast*rds!

Never use this mover , can I say this again !
I moved my stuff from Ca to IN , I moved lots of items, including brand new 65 in Flat Samsung tv that cost me 1600$ , they claimed to put stickers on itch item, then they had me sign off on them , again I moved lots of stuff , from fork to bedroom set , my fault i missed checking the tv whether they put sticker on it or not , the reviews misled me ,i itrusted them .
At delivery , the mover insisted I give him (cash ) before even unload the items ? again i trusted them , so i gave the cash
The bedroom was delivered damaged and the TV is Gone ! I called next day , they said no TV among the items list and you sign off , obviously they knew how to get away .
I called my lawyer , he told me to forget it
It s not worth fighting for but you learn from my mistake .
I wish i could give less than on star , i wish those people go out of business tomorrow
