A great job, cleaned two bedrooms, wall to wall carpeting. All stains gone, carpet is soft and beautiful. There was an area that had been bleached and damaged. This was removed and replaced perfectly! So pleased with Pacific Carpet Care!

Our experience with the technician was great. The problem was the price, it was one flight of stairs, 11 stairs and we were charged an arm and a leg. They were great with a prior rug I had so I used them again. I thought they were smart enough to know that when you are good with a customer they advertise for you by telling others, when you are not great with a customer, then there is a lot a lot you have make up for.

Easy to schedule, including on the weekends around my work schedule. They checked in regularly about pick-ups, cleaning, and drop-off, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Pacific Carpet Care repaired an inferior carpet installation from another company. The carpet had to be stretched across the rooms because it was coming up into small mountain shapes in the middle and bloated all around the edges. Yoram, the owner and 2 technicians came to work on it. They made it all look perfect. They were friendly, kind and efficient. I am very particular about our home and grateful for a job well done.
