The owner harassed me via text message and called me multiple times within a 3 minute time span when I needed to cancel a service. Extremely unprofessional, beyond desperate for business but with how they conduct themselves it’s not surprising.

Amazing service. I have a velvet sofa and ottoman that no other upholstery cleaning company had wanted to touch for 8 years. Contacted Delta Chem Dry and they came out the same day. José and his assistant took care of it in a flash. So professional and so knowledgeable. I was ready to give away the sofa in pure frustration - now that is beautifully restored, I’m happy again. Will never use another upholstery cleaning company, these guys are pure gold!

I am impressed by their candor which you don't find often with small businesses. When you ask for quotes, a lot of business owners mislead you, nickel and dime you, or don't respond at all! Delta Chem-Dry responded literally within 10min of my quote request and took time to speak to me about my inquiry and asked me to send them some pictures of my carpet to talk in details which I didn't experience with any other carpet cleaners. I had my carpeting cleaned today by Delta. In all the years that I've had my carpeting cleaned these people are the best of the best! My carpet is over 40 yrs old (apt.) and when they get done it looks brand new. This is not an exaggeration. Jose & Jacinto are very professional and personable. I have been a customer of Delta Chem Dry for ages. This process for carpet cleaning is the best in my opinion. Joe and his staff make customer satisfaction a priority.
