Our technician, Tim, was courteous and thorough while installing our new led lights. And the result turned out great ! If you need new lights - ask for Tim.

Tim was on time and gave me plenty of warning before he turned off power to my home. I asked lots of questions throughout the day about his work, and he took the time to answer each of my questions and to show me on the electric panel he was installing what function he was covering. I’m thrilled to have a safe system installed. I enjoyed working with Tim and will certainly call on him/Mr. Sparky for further electrical needs.

Sam #2 is awesome! He was so reassuring about the work to be done. He worked fast and did a great job. 100% will recommend him and will definitely e my first call for any future electrical needs.

3/24/25 4 1/2 stars if I could do that. Job completed in 1/2 day. Communication much improved from 3/17. Issa, technician, was a gentleman, always wore show covers in the house, and kept me updated. He showed me before and after pictures which I really appreciated as the work was under my modular home. I would call again. Thank you, Brenda

3/17/25 - 3 stars - I rate them 3 today due to poor communication in the last 36hours. This was requested after an evaluation that took 3 phones calls to happen. 1st due to no show when given time & date for service, found not to be on the schedule. 2nd no communication for over two hours waiting for follow-up & was given another show up time frame. 3rd no text or call with update when 2nd time frame passed thus called again. There is more, this is enough. My prayer is that they will do a great job at a reasonable price and learn from my experience. My neighbor has had great experience in the past.

Connor with Mister Sparky saved me today! We have been stuck in the dark for quite some time, waiting to get some money in to hire help to fix several lights in the house, and he came in like the hero he is and fixed them all lightning fast! It feels so nice to be able to see again in my house! And he was super nice on top of that, which is always appreciated! 100% would call again for any electrical help!

Dom arrived right on time & proceeded to do an excellent, multi-houred medium to large job. When finished, he left the job site spotless! I highly recommend Mr. Sparky!!

My husband and I were delighted that Mr. Sparky could schedule a last minute appointment for the same day on which we requested it. As a consequence Leo arrived at the end of what was a full day for him. Whereas I suppose he could have evaluated our situation and returned another day, he covered his shoes and got straight to work diagnosing and treating our issue. He then took steps to prevent it from happening again. Considering that our issue necessitated the coordination and involvement of several different specialties, the completion of his part meant the project could proceed more expeditiously which we very much appreciated. He was knowledgable, explained everything to us, answered questions we had and did so in a very service-oriented fashion. Very pleasant and competent man. Thank you Mr. Sparky and Leo!

Mister Sparky did a meticulous work and also left the area clean. We review the finished work with Tony the electrician and Christopher, the project manager. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and proper interactions.
