We’ve worked with several electricians over the years, but once we found Thompson Electric, we knew we’d found our forever team. Friendly enough on the phone, but zero follow through. Instead of scheduling an appointment for an estimate, they asked me to take pics and describe project in a text, which I did in elaborate detail. They acknowledged receiving this and then...no call back. If you're too busy or job is too small, you need to communicate this. Would not recommend.
