Alex has been washing our interior/exterior windows and building exterior since we moved to San Francisco 13 years ago. He and his crew always do an outstanding job and our house looks like new when they are done. Alex is very respectful of the interior of our home when here. He responds quickly to email inquiries. Thanks to you and your team for the work you did to refresh Linda's backyard deck, chairs and windows. The cushions and decks were expertly cleaned after being exposed to winter rains and visiting ducks and squirrels. And the windows are sparkling again! Alex is the estimator when needing a quote for a cleaning job, but aside from providing a reasonable quote, his team does an outstanding and thorough job. Alex always lets you know when the job is completed, and he always tell us that if there is anything that it is not to our satisfaction, he offers that his team will come back right away to make the job just right-perfect!!

My clients and I engaged Marin Building Maintenance through Alex to clean their condo including washing windows in Southern San Rafael in preparation to sell the unit. The appointment was set for 8:30 a.m. I arrived a few minutes early and the team of Oscar and Karen was already there. I showed them all of the aspects of the condo especially those areas that needed extra attention. They indicated they understood, and I left the vacant unit. Five hours later, Oscar notified me they were finished. I have to say they made the condo sparkle! The windows were clean inside and out; all of the cobwebs on the decks and in the exposed interior beams were gone; both bathrooms were spotless; and a miracle had been performed in the kitchen. The interiors of all of the drawers and cabinets were cleaned as well as the refrigerator. The stove needed the most attention. It had been a very long time since it was throughly cleaned. What I found was the stovetop elements looked almost new. The oven was gleaming without a trace of all of the baked on grease. I was stunned with the transformation. What a pleasure to see the results of their work and attention to detail.

I have used Alex for Carpet cleaning since 1995. More recently I also started using him for upholstery cleaning and to clean and seal tile floors. His equipment was recently able to restore severely stained Spanish tile floor to point that I will not need to replace it. He also does an incredible job cleaning shower tile and grout. Great to get everything done in one day from same source.

First rate work at a reasonable price. Alex formerly operated the business under the name Marin Building Maintenance but renamed it to clarify his target market as he does not do repair work other than small paint jobs.

Marin Janitorial cleans my office building and has done work at my home as well. Reliable, trustworthy and they do an excellent job for a reasonable price. I plan to use them for years to come!

The Best Window Cleaners Ever. We’ve lived in Sausalito for 30 years, and have had many window washers. Our views of the water are obviously important to us. These folks are the best by far. Professional, meticulous, reasonably priced and effective in every way. Recommend highly with no reservations.

Alex came in to my home, sized up the job and gave me a fair quote on the spot. I have professional linoleum on my kitchen floor and it hadn’t been waxed nor stripped in 20+ years. I couldn’t find any local “floor” businesses to touch it(why are they afraid of linoleum?). Alex came in with a confident plan then proceeded to execute on it - within budget and on time. What more can you ask for? Now my floor is stripped and re-waxed and looks like new!

What’s more, when Alex took a look at my oak flooring in the entryway he suggested that I didn’t need to “refinish” the floors. Then he proceeded to get down on his hands & knees and showed me how his gentle cleaning products will get me about 80% of the way to a new-looking oak floor. Damn!

He’s coming to clean the wood flooring next week. I’m feeling no anxiety over it. Me and my floors are in good hands.

I have been using their window washing service for probably 15+ years. They always show up when they say they will and they always do a wonderful job. And they are reasonably priced. All of my neighbors use them now too. Everyone who uses them is pleased with them. I highly recommend them.

TB did a fantastic job. Taynara brought 2 people with her and did a deep clean of my 3500 square foot home. They were very meticulous and professional. I especially appreciated the fridge clean.

Almost caused an accident on the 101 south in Novato. The trailer being hauled has no function tail lights! Disappointing and disastrous.
