My heat was out and another m plumber tried to fix the heat/hot water system. They didn’t fix the heat and they broke the hot water. Gene Burch got me on their schedule within a few days. They were very communicative through the whole process, came in the 2-hour window they gave me, and fixed both the heat and the hot water. Their rate was very reasonable.

Raul showed up on time, Set up quickly inspected the furnace, diagnosed the tricky problem, cleaned it up and solved it. Furnace is working great again. He also checked and vacuumed the cold air returned area, which had not been done in years. The price was fair for a Fantastic job. I would highly recommend Raul and Gene Burch Plumbing heating and air.

Excellent service and work! Brad and Sergio replaced my water heater. They were clean and efficient and went above and beyond to explain and come up with the best unit for the space. María communicated on timing. Highly recommend 👍
