My husband and I are very pleased with the personalized and efficient service we receive from S. Waters Plumbing. They have completed a number of different jobs for us over the past few years. Steve and Star are easy to talk to and responsive to our inquires. Kevin and Brandon are both friendly people and highly skilled plumbers. The work they have done for us has been great. Kevin quickly diagnosed the cause of a leaky outdoor pipe on my patio and clearly explained repair options and associated costs. The repair and new piping look great! He also took on a last-minute request to assess and ultimately replace several worn parts on a toilet that had been “acting up”. Through it all was Kevin was awesome as he patiently and professionally fielded my questions. This is my 2nd excellent experience with S. Waters Plumbing (the first was replacing my 20+ year water heater a few years back, courtesy of Brandon). A huge thank you to Kevin, and the S. Waters Crew!!!

We discovered a leak between the street water main and our front garden. We immediately called S. Waters Plumbing and spoke with Brandon who assured us he could get to us within 15 minutes, and he did. He immediately turned off the water, isolated the leaky pipe, and fixed the issue. I was fascinated by the various tools Brandon had at his disposal and he patiently allowed me to watch every step while explained the function of each tool. Brandon was thorough and great to work with.

I'm very happy with the service of S Waters Plumbing. When I called the office with a very last minute request, Paige was very nice and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. The technician, Kevin Hardy, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to educate us and help us understand the pros and cons of the plans we had for future upgrades. I was very impressed with his honesty and straight forward approach. He's a great asset to the company and earned our future business. I highly recommend Kevin and S Waters Plumbing.

My problem seemed to be one of the century. AJ and Brandon were spectacular. Things didn’t go the way we expected but they were kind, helpful and after hours and hours of dirty, nasty work, they fixed the issue. I appreciate their time and attention. I expected a bill of $1000+ but it was less than $700. So grateful!

Kevin was awesome. My water heater went out, I called rheem and got the part sent out. Gave S Waters plumbing a call when the part got here, they got me on the schedule promptly and Kevin got the job done in less than an hour and charged me a fair rate. Would definitely recommend S Water Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Kevin from S Waters was great in initially helping us with a water pipe punctured accidentally by AT&T, and then on a separate visit, helping us service Navien tankless water heaters that hadn't been serviced in multiple years. He seemed highly knowledgeable, willing to provide tips, point out best practices, and even help redirect acidic discharge from water heaters away from other piping. Highly recommend and would use again!

The pan under our water heater was overflowing. A previous plumber recommended replacing the heater (“about $3,500”). Kevin H, the plumber from S. Waters, determined that the water heater and connections were fine, that the water came from condensation from our air conditioner, worked all day for time and materials to repair the problem. We are very pleased with the work done by our new trusted friend Kevin.
