Black Diamond is not the company they once were. I’ve utilized them as a loyal customer for years, also helping them acquire many new customers on my recommendations. Last year they cleaned my carpets and treated stains for about $285. I had them out today the estimate was almost $800. A few key factors - there’s no longer furniture in the rooms, which in my mind should make it easier but they said it adds square footage. I could understand that, maybe, but not at this increase. Number two, there used to be carpeting on the upstairs landing, hallway and staircase, which is now laminate flooring. I was beyond taken aback and frustrated. There’s less carpet AND less obstruction and you’re charging 2.5x more?! Absolutely not. I wouldn’t recommend, they told me about the same price as last time then gave that quote when they came out. It feels shady and excessively expensive compared to competitors and even their own prior pricing. Too bad, I would’ve remained a loyal customer.

The gals that came out to my house were very professional and went right to work. They did a great job on cleaning the entire house and wiped down the walls where needed. They did a great job in the bathrooms and kitchen.

I had a time sensitive event and Nolan came right out and cleaned my loveseat. He and his wife were kind, compassionate and he did an amazing job! It looks brand new! Thank you so much

We had one of our rental units cleaned by Black Diamond Services-they did a great job! The carpet came out super clean, stains removed and the entire home smelled fresh.

Customer service was super! They are easy to work with fir estimates and scheduling. Their technician was equally professional and nice.

They are not the cheapest, but worth it for quality, value and service.

I called them out to deep clean our fire station tile and carpets. They came out and gave me a quote and came back the next day and got everything done. Living room carpet and two 8x10 rugs. Received veterans discount that we really appreciated. Easy to schedule. Received notification that crew would arrive in 50 minutes. Tjey showed up on time and they finished all tasks quickly. Carpet and rugs look and smell great. Price was very fair. All contact was made through text which was very convenient since I kept forgetting to call during regular business hours. I suspect that I chatted with an AI Booking System to schedule the appointment and obtain my estimate. Easy...love love how simple the whole process was. Phone customer service is also available.

We called Diamond for a move in Carpet cleaning and got a response and appointment right away. Nolan was very polite and professional. The service was great I was able to get a next day appointment and a reasonable price. I highly recommend Diamond for all you Carpet and cleaning needs. I also learned they do HouseKeeping which was also very convenient.

The photos attached are after paying hundred + an hour for “deep clean”. I went with this company because they had such great reviews. I was disappointed when I informed them of my dissatisfaction and they told me that this would be a different department because of water stains. The island and floors were not done even though they mark it on their list. Well I had a small business owner come out and she was able to get it all done without special departments. I wouldn’t recommend a company like this for your home. The only reason I give two stars is because the front office staff was great to work with and a strong advocate.

Nolan of Black Diamond scheduled my last minute appointment with no problem two days before Christmas. Who does that? Josh my Service Tech went above and beyond best customer service. He was informative, space conscious, knowledgeable, pet aware, and friendly. Price. Reasonable. I will definitely have them back for more jobs. My carpets look amazing. Sorry for no before and after. Just saying my over 20 yr old carpets look great.

I was able to book a very last minute appointment with the team and they came to the home and did a phenomenal service cleaning carpets that had been neglected for over a decade. They were able to make these carpets look new again and were extremely professional and took great care of the home while conducting the cleaning.

Lori and her family did a great job. We called them out to do a deep clean, house looks great. Lori and her family help were great and very friendly as well.

Ruben did a great job on my sod. He got right back to me, listened to what I wanted done, gave advice to my benefit as a customer and got the job done quickly. I love looking at my beautiful front yard.
