Ben has cleaned my gutters and washed my windows. He always is fast to respond, acts professionally and does an excellent job. His prices are very affordable, less than other services I’ve used. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again!

This is my first time using a gutter service usually my son cleans them. I am so glad I did, several of my gutters were completely clogged and were being damaged. He did such a great job and just in time before the big storm arrived. I highly recommend his service, he is polite, takes pride in his work, and his prices are very reasonable.

We had put a film on the exterior of our windows to try and prevent the reflection off the windows from burning our grass. It did … ok, but the film got cooked and crusty. Ben not only got all the film goop and crustiness off, but left them like new! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Ben’s Window and Gutter Cleaning to anyone in need. He just left my house after cleaning all my windows that were really dirty. They look fabulous now. He took all my sunscreens off, cleaned them put them back on. He and his helper, even wiped down the glass on my outside lights and cleaned my metal screen door on my front door. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. In addition a few months ago, he was out to clean my rain gutters and unplugged my downspouts. He did a fabulous job with that also.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Ben was quick to respond to my request for a quote to clean my gutters. He came out the next day, was on time and gave me a more than fair price to do the job. He was able to knock it out right then too! Only took him a little over an hour and he also fixed where the gutters started to pull away from the roof, due to poor new construction and their use of short screws. Ben added longer screws into the gutters for me, making sure they would hold in place.

I am so happy with how clean my gutters are and also how CLEAN Ben left my house. He cleaned off the concrete around the house, the outside of the gutters and also made sure my windows were clean. Above and beyond! I am very appreciative of Ben's hard work, attention to detail and quality of work. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to everyone.

Had Black Diamond Services at my house today for carpet, tile, and furniture upholstery cleaning. The technician, Adam, arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and after measuring the areas to be cleaned, gave me a price quote and got started. He answered all my questions beforehand, and was professional and respectful of my property. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet and other cleaning services.

I contacted Black Diamond a couple of months ago as I’ve heard great things about them, and have an older carpet…and pets.😑
Nolan came to my home for the estimate (within a day), and said he was available later that day to clean the carpet (wow, service!!). He was super nice and professional, explained everything in detail (the different products available, etc.), and did the most amazing job on the carpet. I couldn’t believe how clean it looked, and the stains and bad odors were gone, yay! He really took his time, and I could tell he is driven to do the best quality job possible. I highly (!!) recommend Black Diamond, and will definitely be calling again to have my grout cleaned (won’t be needing carpet cleaning again as I’m going to replace it with vinyl plank flooring👍🏻)

We recently used Black Diamond Services to clean a rental property that the tenant had left in pretty bad shape. I contacted them with a couple issues after the initial clean, but Janelle responded immediately and came out the very next morning to address them. They did a great job and were extremely polite and communicative. We'll be using them again for stone tile and window cleaning. Would definitely recommend, thank you!
