Window Wizards disappointed me with the service I received. From the ground level, my windows appeared to have been cleaned, but my second-floor windows look untouched. Additionally, during the service, three of my screens were bent and one was destroyed.

Your team took the damaged screen with the assurance that it would be repaired and returned the following week. Despite multiple follow-up calls, it has now been nearly three weeks and I still have not received my screen back.

This experience has been very frustrating. I expected a professional service and timely resolution of the damage caused, but instead I have been left with incomplete work and broken property.

They're very prompt, communicative, and professional. I'm a Sunrun customer and when I called for a quote to clean the solar panels, they quoted $700. This company gave a much better price so I think their pricing is amazing, highly recommend.

Showed up early, looked at all my windows and started in. Took off all sunscreens, scrub them and the windows, dried everything and put it all back. They had to move a few things to get to the windows and put them back. Pleasure having them here. No mess afterwards and I have a new, cleaner outlook on life now!👌🏻

The team arrived on time, were pleasant , professional , worked at a good pace while cleaning our tall view windows and the many other exterior windows on our home. Our solar panels were covered in the brown Oakdale dust and now shine like new. I am sure the good washing will help with our energy bill. Cheap skates.
Contracted to have my gutters cleaned and I don’t think they touched them. Growth in the gutter looks like a salad after they left. Contacted them multiple times trying to rectify and was met with silence. Sent pictures of the crap that was still there (look at Yelp) and they just don’t care.
Buyer beware.

Professional, Super efficient and affordable! Kel gave me a great deal on all my windows. Esteban showed up on time the next day and washed all my windows in an hour. Way better job than I’ve done. Will definitely use these guys again.

They were prompt, courteous and provided a great service experience. Our roof was pretty moldy and they cleaned it all off! Windows, solar panels and gutters all spic and span. Their team works hard and know what they’re doing. You get what you pay for and then some! Very satisfied!

The Window Wizards of Oakdale did all of our Solar Panels, Windows, and gutters. They did a great job. Great marketing on social media and very professional guys over the phone. Esteban was the servicer who did our house and he was very professional and easy to talk to. Thank you guys for such a great job and I recommend everyone to try them out!

This seems to be a new company, run by young entrepreneurs. I had high hopes for them but the experience and work done was beyond unacceptable. They get their business, mostly it seems, from referrals and door to door solicitation. The owner rang my doorbell after work done in my neighborhood. Their special was gutters and valleys cleaned or $450.

Worker showed last week, alone, and was overwhelmed by the scope of the job, admitted it was not something he could do alone and in the time frame allotted, which was only 2 hours. Owner finally returned my call and we agreed to a higher price of $550 due to scope. It is a two story house with large redwoods on one side.

Today, two workers showed and began to clean. After 60 minutes, they said they were done. I looked and was shocked. The valleys were full of debris. This is very important to have cleaned as water can overflow thru roof if valleys become clogged, as they are. Photos are attached, of the clogged ones and one that was not clogged. As you can see, nothing was done.

It appears to me, their business model is quantity, not quality. They want to make $225/hour minimum, but in my case, they would have made $550, one hour, for a job so poorly done it should have been embarrassing. One of the workers told me he could take $50 off the job. I declined and called owner.

A Side note, debris they did manage to clean was all over walls and air conditioner, etc. Only the front driveway was cleaned off.

They did not have pressure washers or adequate blowers for the job and seemed only intent on the most superficial cleaning of some gutters.

A picture is worth more than this write up and should paint all you need to know.

The only positives I can find are the workers and owner are polite and respectful. I hope they can re-evaluate their business model as well as quality control as they will not be successful if drastic changes are not implemented.
