Had an issue with my pool coming back from vacation, technician came the next day I contacted them and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

Very polite and was on time. Informative and helpful. Breaks things down for you, like pools for dummies 😂. He’s not out to break the bank. Very helpful!!!!!

Filter and pump went out. They came over same day I called and gave me multiple options to choose from to fix. Very honest with pros and cons with each option to fix issue. They were able to replace both in just a few days at the best price. (I had 4 technicians come quote me for same job).

Jimmy from Simply Swim helped us get our pool back in service after being neglected by the previous pool service. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with our pool (his water analysis matched the analysis done at Leslie pools exactly). He is honest about pricing and helped us purchase a more adequate pool sweep (he even showed us the price on Amazon and was able to get it a little cheaper for us). He is dependable and always shows up when he says he will. I highly recommend him!

Great like other reviews said. He helped me via FaceTime to turn on my pump and will come out for large maintenance replacing filter equipment and reset cement pad and pool chemicals.

Great service and quality work. It's nice to have a pool company that takes pride in what the do and understands how a pool system works. My pool needed some TLC and a friend referred them to me. The next day the owner was at my house and getting my water conditioned and found the issue was my pool sweep. He called me to tell me his findings and left me a loaner. I highly recommend them.

I have a fairly good size residential pool. I have been through a couple of pool service guys. Usually the pool would get ahead of them and I would have a green pool. Jatinder with Simply Swim has been caring for my pool for one year now. Their service is excellent. The pool has been perfect through the summer. It helps that he is super nice and very professional. He knows the systems very well and will tell you just how long to run the system. I highly recommend Simply Swim.

I am new to pool maintenance and my husband typically treats and maintains the pool, however he is a woodland fire fighter and has been gone over a month. Our pool was looking terrible and the sweeper completely stopped working. I called the owner and he was at my house within 20 minutes and fixed everything!! Not only did he get our pool looking pristine, he taught me how to treat and maintain the pool. So nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Jimmy has helped me with all our pool needs. We’ve not only benefited from a consistently clean pool but also repairs and upgrades. We needed a new heater. His company was on the job quickly. We were advised to get a sand filter at the same time and we’re grateful for the advice! No more yucky filter to wash out twice a year. Our remote was broken so he steered us in the right direction with a new pool control center. Now we can control our pool from our phones, from anywhere I can connect to the Web! Great service! I called after hours on a Friday and they came out Saturday morning. Very professional and knowledgable. My pool was a bit of a mess! It was already looking better by the afternoon! Very please with their work and customer service.

I honestly wish Jatinder would start his own pool construction company. In his first visit, he pointed out every corner that was cut during the construction of the pool. He KNOWS his stuff. Is priced very affordably and works quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend going with Simply Swim Pool Care and Repair.

Jimmy the owner deserves 6 stars for his hard work and honesty. My main pool pump stoped working and I was quoted $2k-$3k for a new one and he came out and found out that it only needed to be reset! Anyone else would’ve easily pocketed the $2k-$3k, but he was honest and passionate about providing the best service!

Simply Swim took over my previous pool company, it was the best thing that ever happened (as far as my pool goes). I no longer have to worry about whether or not my pool is actually getting serviced, or even checked. Simply swim comes every week without fail, and actually checks the water and discusses any issues with me. Everything is always explained clearly, and all of my questions are always answered. Jartinder came out because my pool was cloudy and no amount of chemical would fix it. He told us about how it was chlorine locked. Drained the pool and then refilled. Once pool was filled I installed a new pool sweep and then my pool pump went out. I thought I installed it wrong but he answered his phone late at night and told me don’t worry that it’s just the capacitor. Next day he came out after a long day and put all the proper chemicals in and brought me a new capacitor. Now the pool is running great. We will have them as our pool service for the life of the pool. Thanks jartinder!!!
