When we purchased our house simply swim did everything to get our pool up and running. They recommended only necessary upgrades to our old system to get it functioning again, like updating our Polaris to a modern sweep and refreshing our sand filter. They also got our water rebalanced and swim ready in less than 1 week. All this with great communication and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend their services

Jimmy and his team are amazing! We had gone through 4 other pool cleaning companies before finding Simply Swim Pool Care and they truly know what they are doing. Our pool has its difficulties but it is no problem for them. They keep our pool clean and ready for swimming all year around. The staff are all friendly and take their time to be personal with you. Excellent, professional and accommodating. We used Simply Swim pool care and repair for a pool pump replacement and then started using as our service the following month. They identified issues with previous service treatment of our pool and addressed on 1st visit. They have contacted daily to see if treatment has resolved the issue and it had. Previous service did not have the understanding of why or what to add to get pool balanced. Highly recommend Simply Swim pool care & repair.

My pool pump quit working late Sunday evening and I tried what I knew to get it running with no luck. I called Simply Swim who had installed a different pump for me in the past. I figured I was going to need a new pump but instead he walked me through some steps to try to get it running and it worked. With this experience and the experience I had with the previous pump, I could not give him a higher rating. He has been excellent to deal with.

My service was extremely good. My initial phone call was responded to quickly and an in person assessment followed. There was no push for extra services or unnecessary work. I was given a quote and work was completed in a timely manner. I was informed every step of the way as to what and when the work would be completed. My pool looks amazingly better!

My new pool service stepped in right when I needed them. The filter cartridges were overdue for a deep cleaning and there was noticeable algae buildup, but they came in and worked wonders. They thoroughly cleaned everything, treated the water with the right chemicals, and got my pool looking crystal clear again.

We recently moved to a home with a pool, we have no prior experience with pools. The pool was not in good shape due to outdated equipment and poor maintenance.
We had a broken pipe, and we called Simply Swim Pool Care. Jatinder came the same day and checked the broken pipe and the pool condition.
He was a total pro, knowledgeable, great communicator, and never tried to oversell us. Unlike another company, he suggested not replacing the pool plaster as it is in excellent shape and only needs an acid wash
He replaced the controller with a brand-new Pentair that we can control using our mobile device, as well as a new sand filter and a new saltwater generator. Upgraded the waterfall and replaced the blue tile with a lighter color to reduce showing the calcium deposit
He is a genuinely nice guy whose only motivation is to be fair and give you reliable service and products. Simply Swim Pool Care is an ethical company that you can trust.

Jatinder and his team of professionals are the best! Very reliable, professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond to my texts if I have a question, concern with equipment or need help. Jatinder would come out the same day. His team also cleans our filters twice a year and makes sure all equipment is in good condition. I highly recommend Simply Swim Pool Care.
