Got great friendly and professional info from them this morning. They are willing to make an emergency call on our plumbing issue or fit us in to their schedule. Plus, they shared over the phone what they suspect is the problem we're having and we look forward to working with Sierra Plumbing. It would be hard to find a more professional, personable and responsive company.

Mike and Martin are amazing the repipe they did was fantastic.

Over charge prices. Doesn’t show up on time. Take time on the job. Would not recommend. They damage something else and say it was there already. Add charges.
Will not called. Beware people.

Customer service is abysmal. Rude would be putting it lightly, if you need a question answered from these people you are better off banging your head against a wall, you end up with a headache either way but at least it took less time.

Hard-working men! These guys were Amazing. I thought this repipe was gonna be an extraordinary hard event for me. Even my cat was so comfortable that it did not get a UTI like I thought she would. They came, they did, and it was over. All dry wall, painting and clean up was professionally done.

I manage a cabin that's 50+ years old, with its own water source, and occasionally a vacation rental. This trifecta has me relying on Sierra Plumbing regularly for water heater issues, leaks, and most recently, locating and removing a mass of roots blocking the sewage line. They have the skills and equipment to get the job done, on time, and at a decent price. Great owner and crew and, importantly, years of experience in the mountains/foothills.

These guys came to our rescue on a Saturday and got us all fixed up. Big props to Austin! He jumped right into our basement and went to work ! Super nice man, knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. And he's quite the character too! Would definitely recommend SIERRA PLUMBING AND REPIPE!

Absolutely worthless, rude condescending, and unprofessional. I called to ask about rates and prices to have work done and they were short and angry and then accused me of being a new competitor in town before hanging up on me. I have never experienced such a negative interaction with a business on first contact. I wouldn't recommend this company if they were the only plumber in the area.
