Terrible. They hang up on you for no reason. AVOID

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Absolutely horrible, the receptionist has too big of an ego and won't even pass you on to the correct person you need to speak to. Take your business elsewhere!

Guy with a short beard driving southbound on 80 in a big hauler truck. Nearly killed me and my family today. Nearly caused a huge accident by me having to switch lanes slam on my brakes. Narrowly missing me, person behind me nearly missed person behind them. Almost hit them all going 60mph.

Their driver was not signaling. Hailing people, nonsense for such a huge truck with no visibility.

If they allow such reckless drivers, obviously with other reviews for their company, imagine the level of disrespect they show for their work

C&C did a great job in turning our well used house into a shiny new house. It was quick, did not require much effort on our part and led to a very quick sale!

We recently completed a master bedroom and bathroom renovation with Cappa. We were very pleased with how Cappa team communicated clearly throughout the project, keeping us informed on schedule, timeline, and progress at every stage. The project also finished close to the original schedule, which we really appreciated. Their team was detail-oriented and took real care with final finishes and compliance with Berkeley code. For example, the bathroom tile work, in particular, turned out beautifully. Cappa team also guided us through a decision/fix on electrical wiring that gave us a peace of mind, while minimizing delay to construction.

As with any renovation, unexpected issues came up. Cappa team did a great job explaining the situation and providing context, which made it much easier for us to collaborate on decisions and manage change orders.

What stood out most was that while we know our project was on the smaller size, Cappa team consistently approached the project with the customer’s best interests in mind and made us feel like their most important customer. They were willing to go above and beyond to deliver high-quality results.

We’re very happy with the outcome and would confidently recommend the Cappa team for future projects.

Their cooperative philosophy seems to extend to how they are with the community. They're people serving people -- caring about the work that they do and the people they're serving. Ruel, Max, Shira and other members have consistently proven to be considerate, patient, kind and reasonable. They can also be creative when working with a budget. We're excited to see how they continue to expand and will definitely continue to work with them.

I am very happy and satisfied with the work done by Montclair Construction’s under the leader ship of project manager Justin Caddy and Forman Eduardo Guzman with his team. I do not have words to express my satisfaction and thanks to the company with all individuals who performed work at my house.

Robert successfully completed my foundation project on time and within the agreed budget. Their team proved to be highly reliable and trustworthy.

From beginning to end, they made our deck replacement project go smootly. Justin came out and looked at the project and had many good suggestions. We told him that we wanted a firm bid which he provided and they stuck to it, even giving us a small refund at the end because the materials priced out a little lower than the estimate. They produced excellent drawings and obtained the Building Permit, then began the work. Throughout the foreman Mishael guided the workers expertly and all completed their tasks with care and professionalism. They were freindly but businesslike. They used high quality materials and created nice finishings on the rails and posts. And they finished on schedule. Justin and Mishael were always responsive to questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend them and would use them again and will recommend them to freinds. Diana, in the office, was also very easy to work with. They are a "well oiled machine!" Thanks so much!

Robert and his crew were incredibly impressive with their responsiveness, communication, committment, puntuality and respectfullness. They did a great job and Robert is an amazing project manager!! You won't find better than Robert to manage a construction job and communicate swiftly and effectively. They took the back of our house off, put in two grade beams underground, replaced and updated the wall and windows. Nice job!!
