ASF Team arrived on time, politely greeted us, explained their scope of work and the order and process of the work being done. Very professional, efficient, and sparkling clean windows.

SCOPE OF WORK
Our home is mostly 2 stories height but because of the landscaping grade, it is 3 stories in some areas. The french doors and windows required hand and pole squeegeed cleaning.
Cleared spider webs off exterior building and rails.

Hired this company to clean my garage. I’m out almost $700 and my garage is still dirty. They couldn’t even vacuum it properly. All stains on concrete are still there. Attaching images so you all can judge for yourself if that looks like a professional cleaning job.

UPDATE: The owner reached out and offered to clean the garage again. This time they vacuumed it properly.

Just finished up our second job with them. (Repeat customer is probably the best kind of endorsement here, right?) They’re professional, communicate well, and do an excellent job. Would definitely recommend if your gutters need cleaning. :)

No idea about cleaner but as clothing alterations, horrible and expensive. Not done what expected and they were quite rude .
Finally they repair the disagreement.

Sunny is great. We’ve been bringing our dry cleaning here for over 25 years! Update -the manufacturer delivered a bridesmaid dress 👗 for my daughter’s wedding with a large grease stain on the front and back. Sunny was able to remove both stains. We are so grateful!

For 25+ years this has been my go to for:dry cleaning, finished laundry, & alterations. They managed to get stains out of my holiday tablecloth every year. It is an extra benefit to be able to remain calm in the midst of spillage. I reassure the ‘spiller’ calmly saying ‘ Not to worry ~Sunny will make it right!

They are not professional. Leave spits. They even leave rooms. Owner is unprofessional and keep telling that house is dirty rather than doing their job.

Not only on time, even early. Great job cleaning 3 rooms of carpet.

The wet cleaning process was quick, however there was not much improvement in removing stains or heavily trafficked areas even though I pointed them out to the technician. Probably won't do this again.

Very easy to work with, cleaned the stairs very well which was the dirtiest part of the house. The only reason why I’m not giving them 5 stars is because some stains were not able to be removed, granted the stain I’m referring to was left by theraputty so I don’t know how well other carpet cleaning companies would be able to clean that. Overall, I’m pleased by their work. They worked pretty fast and were able to remove majority of the stains.
