Prompt, courteous and professional. The scheduler was helpful and communicative. The window guys did a great job and left the house as they found it, but with sparkling clean windows! Highly recommend.

Took several phone calls to get a response. Once Anna returned the call it was an easy process to schedule. The crew were stuck in traffic and kept Us updated. They did an awesome job. Would highly recommend them. We will use them again in future.

As a designer in the Bay area I have used these folks in the past-and while pricey they did good work-My most recent experience has me posting this review and I'd say find other service they were not reliable today. Big inconvenience and waste of time. I called on Monday to re-confirm the washers arrival time would be between 11am and 12 noon today. At 12:15 I called to ask where they were. I got a story about a broken down truck. Could dispatch call me to give me an update. Ok, fine what time now? They're finishing up at the job before mine and they will be there by 12:45. That window comes and goes. At 1:15 the manager calls to say they were completing a walk through. Hmm...which is it-a walk through or just finishing up-get your story straight!!! Could they arrive at 2pm? I said no it doesn't work-I have a client meeting. And I've spent the morning moving furniture and clearing out items from the windowsills-all for nothing. I realize life happens but, why was I calling you when you are late? Not cool. Use anyone else-these folks sort of suck, unreliable in my book. Not professional.

Arrived on time and he was a great guy. Did a great job on my windows. It’s really bright in my house again. It is a bit pricy but what isn’t now a days. Will use them again next year.

A Sparkling Finish Window Washers does an excellent job with window washing, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. I have used them at 3 different properties that I manage both in San Francisco and the East Bay. Their rates are very reasonable. Scheduling is easy and you can even pay online. Try them and you will become a repeat customer like me!

The team was on time, very professional, looked through the house, and were very responsive to my wishes. (They did 2 rooms first so I could sequester my indoor cats, and move into my study to work.) They also missed a room (not surprising, because the house is confusing) but immediately came back to complete it. I'll definitely use them again.

It was my second time to use their services for roof/gutter cleaning. This time I added exterior window cleaning. I am pleased with their good communication and their work.

Serge and his team have done work for us twice and both of the jobs worked out perfectly. In both cases, his flexibility to work around our schedule was key and they were able to do a great job in a short amount of time. Wow! Such quick turnaround time. Interior/exterior windows in a 1200 square foot, ground floor Victorian were only $232. Excellent work, great price. And they were 100% on time!

Sparkling Finish came to my house today and cleaned my windows. I cannot tell you what a delight it was. The windows are SO CLEAN. We get high winds here and the windows were a mess! Plus, I have more than 50 windows. The guys really took their time and made every window FLAWLESS. And their rates were so reasonable. Less than all other quotes. Victor was an absolute delight. So conscientious and did such good work. I will always use Sparkling Finish! Definitely hire them.

I first used A Sparkling Finish for our wedding. We had it at our home and wanted our windows washed. They did a stunning job and were extremely accommodating. It's been almost 4 years now and I am still using them with continued excellent satisfaction!

I hired them to clean my many windows, 20+. They expertly removed the screen from each window before hand cleaning inside and out where possible. Then they use power washing equipment attached to brushes to clean the outside of the windows before expertly drying them.

In addition to the windows, I had them clean my solar panels which was dangerous but they did it properly and you can see the difference in before and after photos. Finally they cleaned my skylight, and any glass windows inside the house in doors.
5 stars will use again once a year for my solar panels. The windows hadn't been cleaned in years and it was day and night.

Great work. Just what I needed done and they even did a little extra by washing off my back porch at no extra cost. My front porch area is clean again and I can see out my back windows. I highly recommend this company.

Wow! Our view just got a lot better! Thanks to Victor and Gabe our windows are now sparkly clean. Nice guys and hard workers - these gentlemen hit every window (roughly 15 bay windows) in our third story apartment. Not an easy task considering they were covered in spiderwebs and required working on ladders at great heights. Also I would like to mention that the crew was very punctual. They showed up on time, ready to work, and paid close attention to detail as they moved from window to window. My roommates and I are extremely satisfied with our new clear view. We will definitely be using A Sparkling Finish again, and I would highly recommend Victor and Gabe for your job. A+

When looking to get my house pressure washed and the windows cleaned, A Sparkling Finish Window Cleaning were the first to get back to me. They showed up promptly, gave us a good price, and worked hard to get it done. I can't recommend them more highly. But I am thrilled this was so simple and professionally done!
