Mandall Property Cleaners has been a preferred vendor for over a year, providing services from the Central Valley to the Bay Area. Alex and his team are kind, professional, and provide quality service. I look forward to continue working with Alex and his excellent staff.

By far the most affordable haulers and cleaners I could find in all of the Bay Area. Very reliable, friendly employees, 100% recommend. I manage a pretty big site; shout out to Alex and Amy, cool folks, who have helped us out a lot.

I reached out to Alex with Mandall to clean my mom's apartment, as recommended by her property manager. The job involved a deep cleaning of her home and the carpet. We agreed on a price via text.

Upon the crew's timely arrival, I discovered that the carpet cleaning would be done with a home-use machine rather than a commercial one. Given the need for a commercial unit to address deep stains, I declined the carpet portion and left a message for Alex to renegotiate the price. The crew went downstairs to get their supplies and Alex returned my call, informing me that his crew was leaving.

The conversation was brief, and he did not provide a reason for abandoning the job. When I approached the Mandall manager downstairs, she mentioned that Alex was unwilling to negotiate the price.

Fortunately, I was able to find another company last-minute to complete the service.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Amir from ADC Window Washers. I just moved into a house which I think is probably a window washer's nightmare -- tall and narrow with a ton of very difficult to access windows on the second and third floor. When I moved in, the windows were filthy, and Amir and his team were meticulous in getting all the built up grime, paint flecks, and haze off all the windows on every floor and made everything look totally brand new. It made SUCH a huge difference. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Do not wash your own windows. Have Amir wash them! His rates are reasonable (he provided a quote from pics I sent). He was responsive, kept every commitment to follow up, and did a professional job. I love my shiny, clean windows.

Amir came out to my house to give an estimate on gutter cleaning. He was prompt courteous and professional and was able to do it that very instant and despite encountering more work than he anticipated he maintained a very upbeat and professional demeanor. I would trust him to do it again.
