I am a Maintenance Supervisor for FPI Management and have been using Mandall Property Cleaners for the past two years. They are the cheapest price with the best quality of work in the industry for trash outs and overflow trash in your trash areas of your property. Also I have used them to clean apartments and paint apartments and they were great quality for a good price for those services too.
