After scheduling an early morning, in house cleaning of my area rug, the technician never showed up and I never received any communication from the company as to why. Why I called the receptionist said the technician had covid and that they had tried to call and email me. I did not receive any emails, texts, or phone calls from them ever.
When I rescheduled for a pick up cleaning, the receptionist assured me that they had my information correct and that my new appointment was confirmed. AGAIN the technician never showed up AND I haven heard from the company as to why.
Hopefully this is not their normal way of treating customers/clients. However, my experience was very disappointing and I would tell anyone who asks about getting their carpets cleaned from New Life Carpet Care, to go anywhere else.

Amazing service. Sam was prompt and arrived on time for the appointment. The cleaning was spectacular and he did an excellent job, was efficient, and was professional. I would highly recommend these services for residential carpet cleaning.

Samuel from New Life Carpet Care did an amazing job on my carpet! I had white carpets (the previous owner put them in, not my choice LOL) that showed dirt so easily and were a completely different color in the high traffic areas.

I've cleaned my carpets myself with the high traffic cleaners and industrial cleaners and could never get them clean. Now, the carpets look like they did back when I bought them.

My only regret is that I waited to get the carpets cleaned once I moved out and put the house on the market. I wish I'd called New Life Carpet Care while I still lived there. Next time!

I had carpets that were stained, filthy, and looking like they should be replaced. Sam from New Life Carpet Care came over and did a deep clean. 2 hours later, my carpets look brand new. All the stains were gone, the color looked bright and vibrant again. Excellent job. I highly recommend.

Samuel was very nice and professional. He did two rooms, stairs, hallway and both of my couches. He came on Monday started had some issues and had to come back the next day. He arrived on Tuesday early and completed my work. Im extremely happy because my carpets were horrible and my couches hadn't been cleaned since I bought them. He got up all the old and grimy stains that was in my carpet and my couches look great. I will be using them again and I suggest you do the same!!! One satisfied customer!!!!

New Life Carpet Care has been cleaning our office carpets for the last 4 years and we are consistently impressed with the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the customer service.

We normally are a high-traffic acupuncture clinic and thanks to the New Life Carpet Care crew, our 1450 sq/ft of rugs and carpets don't look it. We had started having them come twice annually (although this year was a little different of course).

Our big clean is during the holiday break in December and at this point, I feel comfortable enough with the owner to let them into the space and not have to wait for them to finish. This level of trust is really valuable to me and I appreciate it so much.

Sam is a carpet magician!!! I was able to book my appointment online (so convenient!!), received multiple reminders, and he showed up right on time the morning of my carpet cleaning. He got right to work and within 90 minutes I had brand new carpets. Seriously! My carpets had not been cleaned in years and Sam made then look like new. Very affordable and worth EVERY PENNY!
