Emergency branch removal after heavy winds was handled within a few hours. Crew was efficient and courteous.

I called to inquire about tree trimming services. The person I spoke with was very rude and barely gave me an opportunity to speak. He stated that their starting price is $800 and immediately asked whether I was comfortable with that amount. He also repeatedly mentioned that they make much more money than I do. Based on this interaction, I do not believe this is a professional or legitimate business.

Just had a full vent system inspection and cleaning from Oakwood Dryer and Air Vent Solutions, and I'm beyond impressed. They were on time, explained the process clearly, and didn’t upsell anything. Highly recommend if you're in Oakland, CA.
