Carpet Gigs did a fabulous job! I had them clean both a bedroom rug and an oriental carpet in my living room. Pet stains on both and they came out great! so if you are looking for great carpet cleaning with courteous and fast service, don't hesitate to call them!

Don’t sleep on this company! I called and got connected with a actual person right away. Their representatives and phone service helped me and got a couple of their guys out to my home in less than 2 hrs. Thankfully these kind men were already in the area and got to me quickly. I called in first for a quote to look around for mattress cleaner and this company was the first to respond. Lejeannia quickly called me back and was absolutely wonderful to talk to and coordinate my mattress cleaning with.

I woke up this morning, half asleep, getting my day prepped for the family. I ended up spilling ink used in artwork all over my 100% paper carpet from Hay. Great start to the day yes. I jumped into action and reached out to First Impressions, as they came highly recommended. I got a call back within 15 minutes. Donte managed to get some time in the books for the same day. He was super respectful, professional and upfront about what he was going to do, and if he would be able to save my dining room. I’d highly recommend this team for anyone else who woke up ruining their beautiful rug.

When we needed a sectional cleaned due to the ravages of an 8 year old, first impressions was the most reasonable and professional of the quotes we requested. The technician arrived on time and quickly assessed the condition and recommended course of action to fix our problem. He was professional, courteous, and friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them again and will be a repeat customer if and when hurricane 8-year old makes another mess.

Two stars because they were organized and courteous. Making an appointment was easy. But they did terribly with the carpet cleaning. They saw the apartment got paid in full and they were in and out in a little over ten minutes. Sure enough the carpet looked the same as they didn't do a thorough job. Even the landlord was baffled as it was supposed to be a moving out cleaning. Way overpriced for the service you get.

As a customer, when you receive a service for something and you are unhappy with the service, it is within a reasonable expectation that when you communicate your dissatisfaction, especially to the business owner, that they will hear what you have to say and hopefully work out a solution to make both parties happy. Instead I was lectured at, yelled at, and brought to tears.

In this almost 20 minute conversation, Kevin the business owner, cut me off so many times that I didn’t even get a chance to tell him why I was dissatisfied with the cleaning because he was upset about what ended up to be a misunderstanding about the pricing.

I was unhappy because I paid $650 for a rug (9 x 12) cleaning at my home and by the time the rug was dry there was still dust plumes coming out of the rug. While Kevin did offer to have his technician come back a second time, I felt extremely uncomfortable given the way that Kevin had spoken to me.

To future customers, Carpet Gigs will provide timely service (if you get Dante he was incredibly professional, kind, and responsive), but if you are unhappy with the service provided, beware — in the business owner's own words “I don’t believe that the customer is always right”.

Kevin was cleaning my neighbor's carpets while I was outside, and he came over to inquire if I could use his services. He was just the right amount of friendly, the right amount of hustle, and offered me great deal to clean the carpets in my two vehicles- and an opportunity to support a local family-owned business! Both cars look and smell almost brand-new now, I'm very very impressed! I will definitely use his service again, and recommend to others!!! :-)

My roommate requested a quote online and received a call to discuss what we needed the very next day. Their timeliness was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, Donte was extremely helpful in working with us on our budget to get our large sectional sofa and area rug cleaned.
