Called the company to get a quote, spoke to the owner Kevin, he gave me a really good reasonable price. He is a nice professional guy and was able to book me for the same day. Donte came to clean my sectional couch and did a great job. I will definitely be using them in the future again.

Super rude and desperate. They missed my call then texted me and then called me twice. On the second call I was able to pickup and asked for a quote. They said they don't give quotes, which is fine. But then the guy went on to tell me how others just read their reviews and if I knew how to do that I should know better than to look for other places but it's up to me. The tone had suddenly gotten way confrontational, and escalating out of nowhere, and I just mumbled that lots of places have good reviews and then he said we are clearly a bad fit and hung up. What a weird experience. Definitely won't earn my business.

I have used this company several times as I did once again today. They have done carpets and mattresses for me and my family and friends. They communicate, are timely, have fit me in countless times on short notice, are very professional, friendly, and work very hard. The quality of work is exceptional and they get the job done with no games or frills. Price points are very competitive if not better than other companies. I feel like other companies once they arrive bait and switch to go up on the price but not this company. In the future I will not be calling or referring anyone else for the job other than Carpet Gigs!

I called Carpet Gigs and they were able to give me an affordable quote for my Large Sectional. They had immediate availability. They were able to come out within the hour for the service. Kevin showed up and was very customer service oriented. He was not rushed and did a very good Job. We definitely would recommend their service.

They arrived early, did a swift assessment of our sofa, and got right to work.
