Had an excellent experience with Ernesto. He wore a mask, left the home sparkling clean, gave me some tips on how to take out stains in my tub, and was very friendly and comfortable with my kittens. He also brought some really great supplies to clean my hardwood floors. Highly recommend this service!

We have been using “ Not your average cleaners “ two times so far and have been satisfied with their services. They have been on time for each cleaning and properly cleaned all designated areas in a timely manner. The leave the areas / rooms nice and clean and tidy. They have great customer care as well, pretty responsive, solution oriented and flexible. Overall happy with NYAC, we ll continue using for sure !

We had a move-out clean that needed to happen, and we are quite OCD. It really needed to be perfect—so after the first go around, we found some issues. We went over our checklist, which the cleaners Wendy, her husband and another helper paid attention to and did a fantastic job. They only spoke Spanish, but using Google to translate we had no issues. I’m including photos because the place looks great. Highly recommended. 🙏🏼👌🏼

excellent service, the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and I got a great review from the landlord on move out inspection. They said it was the cleanest apartment they ever did a walk through on. great attention to detail + fair pricing, cannot recommend them enough!

I received services that included 2 bathrooms and and a living room/ dining room combo. The young lady showed up on time during the time frame that was discussed. I wish a little more was done to the living and dining, but the bathrooms were immaculate even cleaner then I first moved in. Will be calling them again soon.
