Their team was on time, professional, efficient and did such a fantastic job. The reason I liked this company is that they provided transparent pricing, I was able to pay with a credit card & received an invoice.

The team cleaned all the base boards, windows, plus the fridge and oven look brand new (other companies charge extra for this service) and the bathrooms were sparkling ✨. I would highly recommend this company if you need a team to help make your house sparkle.

I give 5 stars for the great experience with Not your average cleaners. Firstly, I am thankful for Not your average cleaners for booking an appointment so fast. I went for regular cleaning and I needed it within 24 hours and their response was so quick and the booking was easy. Their two person team came in within the mentioned time frame and did a pretty good job cleaning my 2 bed 2 bath condo. The master bathroom required some scrubbing and an additional charge but I’m not unhappy - they did a really good job. The vacuuming was very good too, however the mopping made the hardwood floors a bit sticky and it looks dull maybe they used too much of their product. It’s not a huge issue - maybe my hardwood floor requires a different product to be used. They also took out the trash after they were done and overall I am satisfied.

Overall, I had a great experience with Not Your Average Cleaners. I was able to book a move out cleaning with only a few days notice. Their two person team cleaned by 2 bed 2 bath unit thoroughly and left it in good shape for my landlord. They required 30 additional minutes to finish but I think it was worth it.

The Lotus ladies did a great job cleaning our home. They dusted in areas that were neglected by our previous cleaners. I also love they don’t use chemicals!

Lotus is very professional and Amalia did a spectacular job on my home. From just one service, I was hooked and now have them clean on a regular monthly basis. Stop your search for cleaners and hire them!

The Lotus teams do a great job. The team always shows up when expected and the house is cleaned thoroughly in the time expected. Very professional. Plus the company does the right thing by the staff, paying a living wage with benefits. That doesn't come cheap, but the service is well worth it.

I was very pleased with the cleaning services provided. I needed a move-out cleaning and they did such a great job it was like when I had just moved in. The cleaners showed up at the scheduled time and communicated great ahead of time. Would recommend to others looking for a good, affordable cleaning service in the Bay.

Without a doubt -Lotus Cleaning Service is by far the best and the most professional cleaning service I have dealt with. They can do a job of any complexity and they are exceptionally responsive. We have used them multiple times for sporadic deep cleaning, including the refrigerator and windows cleaning. I highly recommend using them for all your cleaning needs.

The Worst! long overdue review. I've used them half a dozen times and the last time blew my mind. Gave the coordinator a specific list of things to clean, she allegedly gave the list to the cleaners who I was unable to communicate directly with and not only did they only do about 20% of the list (yet I was charged for 4 hours of work), they were in a HUGE rush, scraped up all my baseboards with the metal edge of the vacuum hose since they didn't put on the plastic attachment, scraped up the trim around several doors, they broke 2 separate pieces of decor I had, one was a fossil that will never be fixable and then tried to hide them behind other items.

After they left and I looked closely and discovered the damage and the fact they didn't clean hardly anything I had on the list I contacted the office and explained the issues. Instead of offering to correct anything she said "I'll talk to them and make sure they follow the list more closely and try not to damage anything next time." Really!? To make matters worse, they won't remove me from their mailing list and I am constantly getting their marketing spam. The unsubscribe button doesn't work on their emails and when I emailed them asking to unsubscribe me they simply reply, not our problem. Stay away, you have been warned!

Got a carpet cleaning from Gonzalo in late October - he was on-time, professional, and incredibly courteous. I also found Lotus' customer service to be super responsive (they answer their phones!) and quick to action (very quickly resolved a billing issue). Highly recommend.

I did a move out clean for my 2BR, 2BA apartment and the team of two did a fantastic job— my apartment was restored to what it looked like when I moved in, minus some lived-in signs of course. Great communication via email to book, team arrived on time, took care to address the list of areas I highlighted when giving a walk-through tour, and completed a highly professional level of cleaning work right around the estimated time range (+15 mins, and I was given a phone call to give approval). Would recommend!

Lotus Cleaning Services was prompt in our request for a quote, and was able to make an appointment quickly. I was very impressed with the quality of service for the price. They take pride in their work and went above and beyond! I will continue to use them regularly!

You get what you pay for. These folks are thorough and good at what they do. It takes time to get someone scheduled so don’t expect next day turnaround, but I’ve been impressed every time.

If you have specifics you need to convey it may be necessary to use a translation tool. My first two cleaners from this company didn’t speak much English, and I’m not any good at Spanish but using Apple’s translation app we got the job done.

Update: still using and loving this service. They really are excellent at what they do, and make my home feel like a haven. (Something I could never manage on my own.)

After a year of using TaskRabbit help to clean our house, Lotus Cleaners felt like a luxury upgrade. They were kind, efficient, punctual, and they did an amazing job! I’m a very tidy person, but I struggle to keep up with cleaning a 4 person, big dog, and rabbit household to my own standards. These ladies (shout out to Veronica!) cleaned parts of the house I hadn’t even noticed needed the attention. I’ll definitely be splurging on another deep clean in a couple months as a birthday gift to myself!

Ordered Lotus Cleaning services in the end of the year thru referral from my friend. And I’m impressed! Johanna was very careful and detailed oriented , left my studio in a great shape. Additional thank you going to their manager Bibi- I’m very happy with her communications style and fast responses.
