We keep our place tidy and looking good, but figured it was time for a deep clean because we hadn't had our house professionally cleaned since moving in a year and a half ago. I looked at reviews online and called four companies in the area to discuss prices and options. Not Your Average Cleaners seemed to provide the best value while still maintaining stellar ratings, and they lived up to expectations!

A pair of cleaners arrived on time and finished our ~1250 sq. ft. place in about two hours. Their attention to detail was perfect and they even found places that I wouldn't have expected. The house truly looked like the first day after we moved in!

Communication was great before and after the appointment, and I found them easy to work with. The next time we want a professional house cleaning done, I'll be contacting Not Your Average Cleaners, and I recommend that you do the same!

I can't get over how beautiful our home looks after Not Your Average Cleaners came and worked their magic. I read another review by someone who started with, "We keep our home neat and tidy". Well, we just went through a minor remodel, so our home is a bit chaotic (even though we neatened up before Not Your Average Cleaners arrived). It's amazing to me how Linda and Naomi were able to organize as they cleaned. They were also so kind and friendly. It was easy to trust my space to them. I'm really looking forward to having them back on a regular basis!

Not Your Average Cleaners gave our new home a much-needed fresh and thorough cleaning, from top to bottom! Our counters, floors and shelves were all made spotless thanks to the crew's thoroughness and care. Even our bedsheets and blankets were nicely refitted, just in time for chillier autumn temps. Not Your Average Cleaners did a great job deep cleaning my apartment for a move out clean! The team's thoroughness & attention to detail resulted in my apartment being move in ready for the next tenant - much cleaner than I could have imagined! They were kind, professional, and took care to be friendly to my cat & belongings.

We used Not Your Average Cleaners for the first time today and they did a great job. They arrived within the time window they said they would and the woman who did the cleaning was very nice and professional. We noticed that they missed a couple of spots but when we told the company they were very apologetic and said they’d make sure to hit those spots next time. Overall I’d use them again - hopefully the high quality continues each time!

Ami and Wendy took great care of me. The estimates for cost, arrival time, and cleaning time were all spot on. There were no surprises except for how detail oriented the cleaning team were. There are nooks and crannies in appliances that I’ve struggled to clean for years, but now they look immaculate. How?? I don’t know, but it’s a great and welcome thing.

I'd never had professional cleaning done before. The staff at NYAC was super communicative and gave instructions for how to prepare for a cleaning. I was so impressed by their work! What a nice treat to return home to a tidy apartment!

I needed my home cleaned last minute. I was accommodated and scheduled by late afternoon. The cleaning staff was very fast and efficient and left my place spotless and smelling nice! 10/10 would recommend

Highly recommend these cleaners! Needed a deep clean of the bathroom and kitchen in my apartment and they delivered! Prices were reasonable and the booking process was seamless! I am very satisfied.

Disappointing. Almost $300 for a studio apartment cleaning and it looked like no vacuum was used on the area rug. Candy wrapper, leaves, clothes hanger, and many food crumbs were still on the rug. The kitchen floor was visibly dirty and had not been vacuumed or mopped. Called within 15 minutes of service ending and provided photos. They could not return until almost 4 hours later which was too late for my guest’s arrival. I requested a partial reimbursement for the time that it took me to clean what was not done but the request was denied.

This is a move out review. This was my first time to use this service and was highly impressed with their service. She was highly skilled and cleans very thoroughly. I think her name was Wendy? She spent so much time on each room as well as the refrigerator and oven that when she was done, the place looked immaculate!

Go anywhere else. They are the most unprofessional cleaning service we've ever hired. To start with, they promised to send someone in a 2 hour window, messaged us a good 30 minutes after the window has passed saying they're running late, there was no mention of ETA in that message and when they didn't hear back from us they didn't even call. When I messaged them 2 hours later confirming that noone is going to come today they just sent someone without asking if we still wanted them to come or if we want it rescheduled.

The cleaners we had both times also couldn't communicate in English which is fine but the whole communication is a long drawn out process since it has to be between the admin over message. And God forbid you don't see the message immediately. The cleaners started working on something that we hadn't booked them for, without any verbal communication from us that we want that service and the admin just messaged saying " this will be an extra X"....umm? We never asked for it? If I hadn't seen the message on time we would've had to pay for something we never wanted.

The cleaners did an ok enough job I guess but there are plenty others who are as good and backed by companies that are far more professional.

Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover our experience....never again.

I needed a cleaning for a move-out, so I hired NYACs. When the ladies arrived to clean, I asked for a ‘Deep Clean’ because it sounded like everything I needed. Apparently, the ‘Move Out’ is more thorough, so I spoke with the scheduler, paid the $90 difference, and the ladies got to work. I was moving items to my new location, so I wasn't physically there for most of the cleaning, but I’d pop in to see if they had any questions. After a few hours, the ladies were done. I was sitting in my car when they walked out, so I asked them to wait a moment so I could go check it out. From a glance over, it looked great. I tipped them, and they left.

I was talking with my landlord when I looked at the baseboards under the stairs. They were not clean, which made me look at the stairs and entertainment center, which were also not cleaned. I turned and looked at another piece of furniture that had also been missed. Again, from a superficial standpoint, it looked clean, but the ball was dropped for the extra money paid to ensure it was spotless.

When the scheduler reached out to find out how the cleaning went, I explained what had been missed. They were apologetic and asked if I could take photos. However, I was no longer there, as I had moved out that day. I said I’d ask my former landlord if they could take photos; however, they had already cleaned up everything that had been missed. I reached out to the scheduler but have not heard back from them. That was 4/2.

Ami and her people are the best! We came home to a sparkling home and it made us so very happy. They even gave us a holiday gift! I definitely recommend Not Your Average Cleaners and am very happy to be working with them. :)

The house was spotless! They did an Excellent job! The fridge and oven looks like new and the carpet smells good, no more pet hairs and bad odor! They went above and beyond! Would love to hire them back.

The 2 ladies who came to my apartment today from the Not Your Average Cleaners, were definitely not average! They were absolutely fabulous! I had no idea that my home could be so beautiful!!!! Or ever be so clean!!!! It is wonderful!!!! And it makes me so happy! There is nothing like a clean home to de-stress your life! I highly recommend this company! And this was the second time they came to my home, and it was just as exceptional today, as it was the first time! You will not be disappointed!

We got our first deep clean of the house and we were beyond impressed by the job they did! We will now be regular customers. Ami was so helpful and chatted through my various cleaning needs at different times. And absolutely the most afforable I've found for the excellent service they provide compared to other companies I've used. Very happy we found them!

I hired NYAC on short notice for a deep cleaning. They were on time and thorough. They did not clean one of the bedrooms because my handyman was working in there, even though the order was for bedrooms to be cleaned too. I would have liked the cleaning crew to have asked if they were unsure whether to skip that room, but I was in and out, so I understand why they felt they should skip it. Easy miscommunication. Otherwise, the cleaning was detailed and swift. Great job and I'll definitely use this cleaning service again!

We had your service come in to do a deep cleaning of my sister's condo before our mother was to stay with her. Your service came in on time, did a thorough job and my sister was ecstatic! You also followed up after the job was completed to see if everything was to our satisfaction and it was! I would recommend your service again!.

We had NYA cleaners come for a deep clean. They sent three people who did such an incredible job! They were not only very respectful and good with our pups, but they caught all of the corners and crevices which is exactly what I wanted! I love when I can notice things that are cleaned long after they've left! The gift that keeps on giving... We're having them come back for biweekly cleanings. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this business. I've scheduled a first-time deep cleaning of my home, with regularly scheduled cleanings after. This first visit from a cleaning crew of two, arrived promptly at the appointed time, and they worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. My main contact at the business, Ami, was very professional and accommodating, scheduling my first visit and the visits thereafter on my preferred days of the week, when I work from home. He also contacted me after this first cleaning visit to make sure all went well. Great service all around.
